I was gonna store my car at my garage at Kavala drug dealer, i see 3 rebels so i back off , nothing said to me i stay around 200meters away from em and i suddendly they just open fire at me without reason gets me down to around 40% health. Without Tildekey i cant get who did it instantly but i talked to one of the guys and he admitted that hes friend Promo did it. I then contacted promo and this is himself admitted that he shoot.

I've tried to resolve it but it didnt work Promo just denied it and he was claiming that i was the one breaking rules somehow .

So.. we were at drugdealer and just robbed one guy at there.. then a car suddenly comes out of nowhere and we tough it was friend of that guy we just robbed.. so i thinked if i give one tracer warning shot "over" that car he will back up abit.. but it accidentally taked some ricochet from the hood or roof and dropped that guys HP to 41.. i tryed to explain this like 10 different times, and said i can pay half what he losed in that situation.. because of he shot my friend and he had good gear too.. so i dont really know what else i need to say in here.. im active player and one shot what does not even kill anybody taked this big situation.. i dont really know what else do i need to say about this..

i said after that shot "i shoot i shoot, i gived warning shot.. he get back, good"

Unfortunately, mister Promo.. For all the times you said to him and in your reply it was a ''warning shot''.. You did NOT initiate with words and warning shots are NOT proper initiation on a driving vehicle. How is the person in that car to know you are warning him and not just being a RDM'er who wants to kill on sight?

You need to learn how to RP on a serious RP server if you think this is acceptable. You should really, really take a long read of the RULES before you appeal this.

Mainly I'd like to point out this rule:
