Well, I only have proof of the VDM, not only did he admit it but he also broke RP by not complying,
1. I got out my off-road and went to his window holding a gun, I said "get out of the car now or I will shoot you"
2. He drives off, I yell "You've got 5 seconds before I shoot, get out of the car now"
3. He drives to me again and runs me over, and over, and over, and over, consecutively about 9/10 times.
His excuse was that he didn't have a gun so he thought it was alright to run me over.
