I drove into Agios ending a phone call with my brother and then see 2 guys on the side of the road, one made noise with his mic and then they both started shooting at me. i stopped cause they blew my tires, then they yelled at me to get out of the hemitt and didnt give me any chance to speak. i got out and not 5 seconds later he shot me. then i asked him to get on teamspeak and he didnt want anything to do with it.

Again, @NsayN sorry for the time its taken and we do apprecaite the effort putting a report up.
But aswell as the last reply on a different report, i would need to ask for pretty much the same thing. And that is as follows bellow,

• Do you have a video 2-3 or even 5 minutes before this leading up to the whole shooting incident?
  If so, please post it here so we can deal with this appropriately.
  
  If there is no more evidence poriveded there is a riswk of this report being rejected due to lack of evidence.

(7.1.3) Killing someone must be carried out with high quality roleplay, “put your hands up or I will shoot” etc is considered low quality RP and may lead to a ban for RDM/Fail RP. Executing another player must also be carried out with high quality roleplay, the only exception to this rule is if both you and the victim are engaged in a gunfight together.

Preston Jarvis, while this video is particularly short and I would not normally consider actioning a report as such.

I have no reason to believe that the scenario is longer than the evidence provided. You have no vehicle and small arms. Yourself and your mute friend say nothing that I would constitute as high quality roleplay. You indicate in the OOC after the incident that you had no interest in creating a role play story. Indicating that in ooc "i dont have to let you speak" It is clear to me that you have no interest from this statement in role play on our server. 

So, breaking this down so that you "honestly do have time for it." 

You yelled at a fast moving truck from the side of the road  "Stop the car" 

After moments you opened fire on the vehicle. Repeating your original command. 

Then you go on to say "get out of the car without a weapon or you will die"

NsayN complies with this request after you begin a countdown. As you should know from reading the rules countdowns are not considered high quality roleplay. 

NsayN, has now exited the vehicle. You instruct him not to call the authorities and put his hands up, before shooting him moments later.

He begins to tell you that his gun is holstered, presumably a pistol as we can't see it. and you shoot him in the head.


NsayN, every situation is different. As you already know from previous reports you have made, short video's lack context. Future video's of this length will likely lead to a report rejected outcome as previously.
