Please (in detail) describe the incident
Me and a couple of my gang members were going around robbing houses, and we found one which we could rob so we spread out and started boltcutting. The owner shows up and starts talking to the guy boltcutting and then the cops come up to the house and taze my gangmate which lead it into a gunfight with the cops. A hummingbird is flying around above me so i tracer it and it starts to leave. Then it comes back the guy in it jumps out and kills me without any sort of roleplay. His excuse was that it was an active gunfight so he could just kill anyone and that i shot at his helis and somehow that justified it.
