Please (in detail) describe the incident

I found a tempest with copper ore so I decided to process it.
When I got to the copper processor I saw an other tempest and 2 guys, one robbing the other with a pistol.

I told him he could have the keys for my truck.
When I was about to leave I turn to ask why he robbing people at copper, he then tells me to drop my gun and i tell him I wont.

He tells me he has snipers and I take two shots without any warning.
when I was running away he says "stop or you will be shot". I then stop and turn to him saying "I will drop..." I get shot before I got to finish that sentence. Pontilla then runs down to me han finish me without any RP at all..

I talked to them both after the incident but they says its not RDM. Pontilla had to leave for some IRL stuff but me and Sasja was waiting in the support for around 30 min without any staff helping. I had to go and Sasja said he will be on the whole evening so I could contact him after I got back, he then leave TS 19:48.

Can i just say that prOxity refused 3 times to drop his gun in 2 minutes, trying to ran off, Sasja said 'Stop running or you will be shot.'' You stopped and then you tried to pull out time for your buddy's to come. In my eyes he had any right to kil you as you were wasting time, so your buddys could make it on time.

It's the same as people trying to pull out time to call the cops.

Well I was at the hospital last few days and we did try to resolve it on TS, staffmember never came on TS to help us resolve the problem, then Pr0xity had to go aswell.
Plus on this video (2minutes in) we clearly told him to drop his things or he will be shot, also warning shots were fired and still didnt listen. After that i said shoot him and he stopped but that 1 second was just to late: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1ktSI0dw0gY

We talked on TS and agreed that we would talk with a staff member and if he confirmed that it was RDM we would compensate for his loss.

I just spoke to pontilla and by the sounds of it he was really sincere and is willing to compensate any losses, I met him on his first day at the island which was extremely recent. And the cause of this situation was a mixture of misinformation and a lack of understanding of the rules, which makes him look really bad but honestly he is extremely kind and welcome to everyone and I honestly hope you can resolve the situation and pontilla can come away from this learning from his mistake.

In response to what I just said I didn't realise that sasja had initiated on him after he started firing up on him so it wasn't a misunderstanding of the rules.
