My friend and I were at the airport when these two people in a red hatchback were circling around us suspiciously, not saying anything, and then they left and i didn't really think anything of it. We pulled our helicopter out of the garage and as we were about to take off they pulled up again and got out with guns. I told my friend to continue flying as if we had stopped and spooled down we would have been killed anyway. They claimed they had initiated but me nor my friend heard them and I failed to pick up them saying anything audible in the recording.

Hello,

Well this is unexpected, anyway I digress. 

Firstly, I will explain the situation from my point of view. We pulled up to you and you were spooling up the engine, so we thought that we would rob you. Now, before you even leave the ground, I initiate on you and I say "Don't take off otherwise you are going to be shot", very simple. You take-off, you get shot, simple. In the video I have you 5 seconds at least before I fired 1 bullet, and if you are taking off after I have told you not too, then what do you expect, let you get away, I don't think so. 

Secondly, you say in the report that you tried to resolve the situation with me, well I am going to ask you a question, why did you lie? There was no attempt to ask me onto Team speak, if I remember correctly, we just chucked a few messages at each other over side chat. So again, no resolution.

Thirdly, I don't know if you have read the rules, but it does say in the RDM rule, "shooting someone without engaging in RP." Well I engaged with you by telling you to step out of the vehicle otherwise you are going to be shot, you ignored that. Now you said that you couldn't hear me over side chat, and from the video, that is evident, but that is not my fault. How am I mean't to know if you can hear me? I can't change the sound settings for you can I? This is why you should put your ear plugs in just in case there is a situation like this. 

To conclude,

1. I initiated on your helicopter and told you not to take-off, you did so I shot you. I would suggest that you sort your sound out if a situation like this occurs again. 
   
2. You lie on the report and say that you tried to resolve it with me, which you didn't, just saying a couple of messages over side-chat isn't resolving. 
   
3. I initiated on you and engaged in 'role play', so it is not RDM.
   

If I am needed for anything else, then I am more that happy to comment on it.

To be honest with you, I thought I had unchecked the resolved checkbox and that has now been amended. However that does nothing to invalidate my point.  (2.2) Random Deathmatch (also known as RDM) - Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. Count downs are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering shooting.) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban). If you consider telling someone to exit a vehicle or you will shoot them "quality rp" then there's clearly something wrong. As seen in the video you had plenty of time to initiate a roleplay situation before we retrieved the helicopter as you drove around us a few moments before.

It was evident to me that you had no intentions of initiating in a roleplay scenario and you just wanted to rob us. Instead of driving off to rob someone else, why didn't you initiate properly?

The RP that was shown was very poor, and I dislike it very much. Also whats up with the name ; Polly Suckadick ??? 

You should know better as a support member lvl.3 ,not to have these perverted nametags and also taking such intiations during Roleplay.

This could had been conducted in a better Roleplay scenario, 

Why always rush the shooting when someone doesnt cooperate? 

Also it seems that the report wasn`t properly resolved by @Mr Mad Phoenix, as he thought this was the way to resolve probaly in Sidechat.

But, there are expections in this situation which I believe can be sorted in this report.

This type of behavior is strictly prohibited, and during the video you gave him only 5 seconds to cooperate? This is just out of Order, and will NOT be tolerated here.

These types of intiations/Roleplay will immediately be banned.
