Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was on a roof where I was trying to flee a scene I posed no threat to any police officers at all, as I am leaving the scene, an officer comes out in front of me and I try brake It seems that I hit him due to desync however I didn't as you can see in the clip he was standing on his feet shooting after impact. This leads to all the officers shooting and I believe I was shot before even getting near him. I feel as this is very poor roleplay and it seems the officers just wanted to shoot and cause a gun fight. There wasn't a need to shoot at all and it seems it was just a win mentality thing even if I did hit him this shouldn't be plausible for officers to open fire.
I didn't get the exact ids but I have some Id's that were there but I am not sure exactly who it was they are as follows; 73, 193, 67 , 117, 58, 180 not sure about the rest
