Please (in detail) describe the incident: So this situation started because Huslter had a shootout with the Ballas. Police turned up and the MRAP told us to leave, We got as many people as we could and we started to leave.
Police then decided to follow us begin to ram us and basically forcing us to leave which is fine. Untill the situation comes to paleto and i see Paul Bundy running along the road asking for a lift.
I then collect Paul and begin so run from the police, I was then shot by every cops helicopter bumper car in existence. When i have not shown any threat towards the police right until the very end after i am forced into a gun fight.

The server is supposed to be as close to real life as possible.

Please provide a clip that is longer than 1 minute. Preferably between 3 or 5 minutes so we can gauge the entire context of the scenario. @peacey

 
Hi, hope we're all well.

If I may, can you clarify the rule you state we've actually broken, as opposed to simply stating, "very poor RP". If you could also provide a clip from the very start, as opposed to a very short clip with zero context, that would be appreciated as well. Do find it curious how the gap between your two clips is really the most crucial part of this report, and it seems absent.

I will give the absolute full story, so we're all on the same page:

Police respond to Ballas turf to see Ballas and Hustlers shooting. This has been going on for something like 3+ weeks, and they are more than aware of the police response they'll receive from not only being in the city, but having repeated shootouts almost nightly.

We begin to issue commands for Hustlers to collect their own injured and leave the area. Some hustlers heed the warning and begin to leave, lovely. Other, namely an Autarch, is told on multiple occasions to leave, however made the decision to return ~3 times and shoot directly in front of the same MRAP that told it to leave no more than 2 minutes ago. 

Due to this, a pursuit is started on this particular car. Something to note is that this cause was particularly selected due to what I mentioned above, we did not mindlessly chase Hustlers and "bait for a gunfight" as some have suggested in a liaison I'll get into detail over in a moment.

This pursuit circles the areas of Pillbox, Lower Pillbox and the areas around it for ~2 minutes, as other Hustler cars begin to enter the area. Due to this, I authorised TC on vehicles getting involved, and not the target vehicle itself. 

Now I was in the MRAP, which is comparatively slow to all other vehicles, so keeping tabs on the pursuit as it progressed up the Senora Freeway was difficult for myself and my passenger. From what I understand, the vehicle fled into Grapeseed. At the same time, a Hustler Neo pulls beside the MRAP and begins to talk. Not long after, they shoot the MRAP's tires out. Due to them now making the decision to engage police, they become our target and units begin to chase them towards Paleto.

Due to the blatancy of what they decided to do, I authorised TC and tire shots on the vehicle. This is very standard on vehicles that have gone out of their way to shoot police. Once again, the MRAP was a good distance behind so didn't see a whole lot until the pursuit came to a stop on the Eastern side of Paleto, not far from the farm barns nearby I believe. The next thing I hear over radio is "Both suspects are down". I did not see this and so won't care to comment on any of it. 

Not long after, the rest of the gang begins to shoot at Police in the area, and understandably Police engage them. Eventually, the attackers flee and we provide medical within Paleto Hospital.

I'm sure I can piece together some clips to prove all of this concretely, however I will take a look tomorrow. If anyone else Police side, especially concerning parts where the MRAP (and hence myself) weren't there to see, has their POV feel free to attach it sooner for staffs benefit.

To say this was RDM is a bit silly. You guys made the decision to engage police, after having seen our numbers for around 3 minutes at this point. You were met by overwhelming force from NPAS-99 with an ops rifle, the MRAP with a shooter in the rear, ~4 2+ occupied firearms cars, and yet still chose to shoot police.

To suggest this is poor RP is also very strange to me. What could we've done differently? Let an OCG who's been shooting in the city for weeks disregard orders from a clear armed police presence and get off with no repercussions? All this situation originally was is a pursuit, which you decided to turn into a gunfight, not us.

With all that being said, we were requested to come to liaison and had a chat with the individuals involved, I will paraphrase some of their concerns/points along with our response to them at the time.

1- "How were we supposed to win that situation?"

First and foremost, you don't need to win everything mate. You escalated that situation by shooting at firearms officers on your own accord. You could of very easily have let one of your members get arrested and left it at that, with your "win" being in the form of more of you not getting arrested. Regardless of all of that, the fact that one of your concerns was to win as opposed to anything else really shows to me your intention behind getting involved in the first place

2- "Some of us who didn't even shoot were shot"

A particular example you gave was the driver of the vehicle in the clip you've provided. Your passenger certainly shot police, and you've recently been in a gang shootout and are almost certainly carrying a gun yourself. As a matter of fact, you were. I'd be interested to see if you were aware your friend was going to shoot the MRAP, and whether you decided to agree or disagree with him doing it.

A few other points were raised, but they were so needless I won't bother to include them in here mainly because I've forgotten them already.

My only reply from here onwards will be clips I may find tomorrow, or any other POV's I'm sent that will benefit the report. If staff feel they need anything more off me, I'll be happy to assist as needed.

Please do provide these clips and also include the fail driving and constant Ramming because you know your car doesnt brake and ours do

This alone is very ironic You are the police they are different ways to do things you saw and knew there was around 20 of us.

Take a plate down,Raid houses,Raid hustlers,Issue big police sentences

Not everything has to result in a gun fight and the clips clearly prove thats what you was pushing for

you not adding the part of the clip you was shooting from the tank?

 
All my clips are included mate, as I did already say. Furthermore, I did not shoot the MRAP sadly.

Will leave others to comment on their own actions. My last reply unless staff request otherwise, goodnight!

What is even being reported here? Poor RP isn't a rule. The clips aren't long enough to suggest RDM. Are the cops being reported for using the MRAP, or Npas 99?

I sat in during the liaison, and some of the things being said from Hustlers such as:

'The police are ruining this server, how can we win and counter the MRAP'

Want the simple answer? You don't counter the MRAP. I'd probably suggest leaving once the MRAP arrives, take the battle elsewhere if you wish. The MRAP is slow, by the time it gets to your next gunfight....you leave again and its playing catch up 🤷‍♂️

Going off of these videos alone. It looks as though Police are attempting to stop whatever is going off up in Paleto. It is hilarious that this is occurring and the MRAP is still on-scene, afaik this all stemmed from a situation in the City whereas a vehicle kept shooting and it was chased up into Paleto. The MRAP has managed to drive from Ballas turf to Paleto, and Hustlers have shot the MRAP... (why?)

The same thing that I keep seeing, and hearing as being in a gang myself - 

  • 'Oh well we wanted to get our boy (1 person)', which has made them lose a lot more men. Use a bit of common sense, is that 1 Hustler with an m1911 worth 15 Hustlers going to prison and losing their items?



My rule of thumb? Soon as MRAP arrives, you leave as there is no counter. Simple as that.
