I was doing a oil run when these three guys showed up and ordered me to stop. I deciced to comply and jumped out of my truck. Then they robbed me and wanted the keys to my truck. In my opinion there wasn't really a good quality of RP and in the end Ervin used countdown to quicken my actions before Poduh shot me.

I asked them to join TS to discuss about the situation. After 45mins of waiting in ts i gave up and decided to file a report.

EDIT: I added video showing these guys shooting at me without any initiation in Agios right before they chased and robbed me. First i thought that my shadowplay didn't capture it so i thought it is useless to add that story in the report if i dont have any proof of that but then i found out that the clip was saved in other folder so i uploaded it now, it's the 3rd video below.

(I have seen the roleplay part of the video, I m sorry because I didn't see it)

You have cut the part of the roleplay, where me and Poduh gave you about 1 minute and 30 seconds to give us the keys and you asked us to spell our names and it took you 1 minute only to understand what our names were and then you just looked at me saying nothing and man I started saying that you have a few more seconds to comply.

Pleade link the roleplay part to this, pretty sure you have recorded it and then let the admins decide if it really was fail rp.

We waited for you to pull over, we didn't shoot any wheels, we didn't ram you.

The server was going to restart in like 4 minutes and you were waiting for that most likely and decided to ask us to spell our names.

It all started after me and my friends had been doing runs of iron to earn some money. This got boring pretty fast and we decided to find other ways to earn money, ways that could be seen as more exciting and fun. We decided to become, what I personally would call, "road pirates".

As I recall it, we were going to travel from Agios to Kavala in hope of finding someone we could rob there or along the way. It did not take long before we bumped into you and decided that you were going to be our victim. This was not a planned event, we just decided to take all opportunities we could get on earning money through robbing without any thought on who the victim should be.

We got out of our car and told you to stop the vehicle, you did not obey which led to me, if I remember it correctly, trying to blow your tires out. You did not listen and continued driving, at this point we could've just given up. We did not because we realised that if you're in that kind of a hurry to get away, you must be transporting something with a great value. We decided to follow you, stop you, and rob you. The plan was never to kill you.

Anyways, as we approached your truck we screamed that you should pull over and stop. You did comply and got out of the truck. We told you to put your hands up, which you did. We then ordered you to give us your truck keys. You started asking who you should give the keys to, and all of us said: "Me me me me", like a bunch of 12 year olds. We then decided that you should give the key to me.

We told you my name, and you asked us to spell it out for you. We repeated the name and the spelling many times but you did not understand. We then told eachother that you must be messing with us and therefore I went to lockpick your truck instead. The server was going to restart in 5 minutes or so, and my friend was impatient and told you to give me the keys or else. He started counting down from 5 to 1.

As this is a RP server, we get the possibility to create our own characters and their personalities. I would describe my character, Poduh, as a very impatient and cocky man, with a love for foul language. ;)

Me being the impatient guy I am, decided to speed the count down up, because it was obvious you were not going to give us the keys before the restart. When my friend reached 3 or 2 on his countdown, I said "For f**k sake", and shot you. He then executed you. I think it was fair roleplay, we gave you many chances and to be honest it only seemed like you were trying to slow the process down so you could survive until the restart.

This is my side of the story.

If you got any video of that, i would love to see it. As you can clearly see this in the 3rd video i uploaded where i was heading to oil trader and you were near the Agios atm, you started to shoot at me without any initiation. That was the first time i saw you guys so there wasn't any initiation before that either, i have the whole 3min clip where i drive from oil processor to Agios, i can upload it if admins sees it necessary.

You didn't HIT my wheels but you were trying to as Poduh said so that is a poor excuse. If i understand the rules right, you are not allowed to shoot at someone without engaging roleplay first, it doesn't matter if you hit him or not.

In conclusion, im blaming Poduh for RDM at Agios where he started to shoot at me without RP (IDK if Poduh was the only one but he is the one who admitted it).

And im blaming Ervin for Poor RP for using countdown. I suggested that you come to TS and solve this thing so i dont need to file a report but you seemed not to care and because of that i dont believe that you guys can bring anything good on this community.

 
Unfortunately, my computer's not strong enough for recording, so I am not able to show any proof of me telling you to pull over. We did scream that you should pull over but we might have been too far away from eachother to hear it, I am sorry. I am also very sorry that you feel that way about us as we do not wish to bring any negativity to the community.

I'm still kind of new to this roleplaying thing. I'm not saying I have not done it before, but I am not that used to it. I have read the rules but I have missed out on the "total" meaning of RDM, I had no clue that shooting towards a vehicle or doing a count down counts as RDM. I thought that it only counts as RDM when the player is killed without reason or roleplay.

I am sorry for the lack of communication and our behaving, I really am.

Please tell me, how do you think we should've handled the situation? I would appreciate if you told us how so we can, in future situations, roleplay better.

I just wanted to add that what me and Poduh did wrong was to start a roleplay scenario when there wasn't enough time for us to do that. And this is the reason I used the countdown which resulted in poor roleplay.

I will never rob someone minutes before the server restarts because this can lead to many problems for both me and the victim.

The victim might use the time in order to escape so he will just play with the time like I think Timppa did, but on the other hand we might also use the countdown which will really result in a poor roleplay scenario. And this can lead to unfortunate and unnecessary casualties like Poduh had to deal with.

My conclusion is that all of us did something wrong like I said before, but fortunately no one lost anything too expensive.

@Timppa I'm going to need a video of 3-5 minutes of the situation from start to finish, because with it so small and it being cut I can not make the best possible decision

If someone sends you a note where he claims you RDMed him you are not supposed answear through ingame voice too like you did?

(12.4) Commenting on a ban appeal or report a player thread that is not involving you will lead to a warning point and a 7 day posting restriction.

 
Okay so first of all after watching the clip, if that was you shooting at him in agios that was rdm, can't prove it was you so no action taken there. @Timppa You don't need to know his name to give him the key in roleplay, so take this as a warning, if someone says give it to me you give it to them because in roleplay you don't need to know their name to give it to them and you do not need to know how to spell it either. To ervin we do not use count downs here so take that as a warning. Only reason you weren't banned is because of the fact poduh did the killing. As for poduh the roleplay here was horrible, ervin was talking to the gentlemen and he was in the process of giving him the keys but you still shot him so this is poor roleplay.

Ban Issued - 2.2 - Random Deathmatch (also known as RDM) - Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. Count downs are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering shooting.) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban).
