Please (in detail) describe the incident: I killed the person who i am reporting ( phone number saved in phone and i think starting with 871) and we put him inside a car. after doing this we drove far away to a random spot on a beach and stopping multiple times on this journey in precaution to see if we were getting followed, once arriving at the beach we tried talking to him for about 45 seconds to which he was completely silent. as we started driving him into the ocean his boys came flying out of no where on bikes and shot me dead, in frustration that i was now dead to someone using discord to find out my whereabouts i logged as the RP situation was compromised. in the clip u can hear i was in a discord call at the time of the recording and this is because my friend told me to check my Dmail as he heard the victim in our car over say "we are heading down to Santa Monica pier now" and he was telling informing me we were probably about to get jumped and u can hear this convo at the start by my friend saying "the pier on the beach" explaining to me where abouts he was telling his boys as i was confused. I have since been banned for this players actions and i do no believe i should be the one punished as he simply ruined the RP scene anyways.

I was one of the people present at this, Pablo Mankilla. I think my side of the story would be useful here.

Me and my friends were trying to get revenge on the person who created the report, as he ran one of us over in front of MRPS and he was scamming my friends and others. The way we were doing this was by getting one of us to act like he wanted to buy his vehicle, and then jump him. This person then set up a meeting spot at the townhall and we waited for about 30 minutes for him not to come. He then said to meet him at the casino, where some of us were hiding behind the casino and one of us was trying to "buy" the car. We were on radio throughout this entire situation and I personally don't have any of the people involved added on discord. After about 10 minutes of radio silence from him and seeing that the cars that were driving around were gone, we assumed that our friend had got taken by them or killed so the most logical thing for us to assume was that he was taken to the pier to be dumped. We drove there and saw them dumping a BMW so my friend shot him, which was the original purpose of what we were trying to do. We tried to check the sunken car for our friend but we couldn't find him. We later found out he was in the car. Throughout the entire situation, all of us were using the in game radio and didn't break any rules. Unfortunately I don't have any footage of this and this is only my side of the story.

Edit: The spot on the beach they were at was not very random and was right next to the pier. We first arrived at the other side of the pier and then saw the cars from where we were.

Common spot ?, in the area i killed him it it would of made the most sense to check the CLOSE lake right next to the casino or the dam, NOT the pier on the other side of the city. In addition u also pulled up from all directions in sync on the correct side of the pier? Wierd.

 
To be honest, the lake near by didn't even cross my mind. Also we were next to the road leading to it meaning we would've seen you go in the direction. 

We pulled up to you from the bottom of the pier, and came from your side and behind you.

 
@Mxtty1011Do you happen to have a longer video, the current video provided does not meet out requirements?

Please provide at least 3-5 minutes of footage before the initial rule break occurs.
