We decided before 4pm restart that we would do a checkpoint at/near iron copper trader, after some back and forth we started setting up. Soon after a sporty pulled up and was asked to pull to the side, i did not initially speak to Graphicmarble but SPC Raigon did, when i spoke to him i informed him of the checkpoint rules.

After some back and forth with him, it was obvious he was going to go through checkpoint and if we tried to stop him his boys would take action.

He got in his car and drove through the checkpoint knocking a CSO over (looking at video i don't think on purpose) and then we rubbered the sporty driven by Graphicmarble proceeded by multiple sniper shots killing most officers.

I believe that was a breach of

(3.7) Baiting &amp; (7.1.3) Fail RP/Poor RP

From my opinion they wanted a gunfight, Graphicmarble was never under arrest, tazed or the such, he was informed he could take an alternate route if he didn't want to be searched, so why tell us to pack up the checkpoint.

Edgar Ville was observing the checkpoint as to see some good rp from us but noticed PLF setting up before we even spoke to Graphicmarble, that enforces the baiting.

I have added the names of PLF members that i have known involved from the incident from myself and other officers, possibly more involved.

Multiple officers were in the checkpoint op so they can upload different video POV's

EDIT: I have chosen to not resolve this as i see this as a blatant disregard for the rules and seen thsi incident as a chance for a gunfight with no RP.

I was at this also and will try to upload some footage and post it here, from the moment our trucks were spotted we had a sports hatchback following us waiting for us to set up.

It was particularly frustrating for all officers involved as it was a great opportunity for roleplay with members of the community.

Okay i'm going to respond to this, can we get the full video without the cut at 2:35, because before that skip you told my fellow member to by your words "shut the fuck up", and at the start GraphicMarble came in and introduced himself saying that he was from PLF and we didn't like the checkpoint that you set up because you spike-striped every car that got close to it, instead of just have a guy in the middle of the road trying to stop him, you used spike strips to start a RP situation in searching people, but you also forget the role play at the start when he was spiked (spike the middle of the road so you cant get away what so ever just so you can search him). I also feel kinda disappointing since you guys actually messaged me to get in liaison room and I told PC Donald I just had to eat and he already said it was solved so I thought I didn't even need to worry about it.

Edit: we were set up because we wanted them to shut down the checkpoint, we tried first to rp it, but at the end graphicmarble said: "close down the checkpoint and leave or PLF will have to use lethal force"

I have given you multiple chances to talk about this on teamspeak but you have ignored all my messages.

It proves you dont want this resolved.

In addition you are using things said via teamspeak which without the sound recording of teamspeak you would not have heard.

It was clear since an staff member say you setting up before you approached the roadblock. In addition to the spiking every car that approched, the spike strips were glitching which meant the range on them were increased.

It was a harmless checkpoint and once again the RP was shut down by a gang. 

You are also saying that because Scottish apparently "cut" out parts of the video, in which you have provided no proof regarding what was meant to be said.

In my opinion it seemed like the spotlight was not on you guys so you decided to ruin a decent event which has now lead to this.

Further after reading through it again, all police that have commented on this report was involved and have provided enough proof to included.

The spikes strips were still getting setup and unfortunately were placed wrongly, we had no intention of spiking anyone and they were placed to disable people who try to avoid the checkpoint.

You say we wanted a gunfight, we barely had setup the checkpoint when we had that incident, so don't know why you are saying we were setup for a fight. It was an RP checkpoint which got shut down by you guys.

You say you are against such actions, what police doing RP checkpoints?

I will say that any vehicle/persons were FREE to turn around if refusing a search, it was all voluntary as i pointed out to Graphicmarble multiple times, if he had simply turned around gone another road instead of blasting through an officer knowing that we would attempt to disable tires this could have been avoided.

1:56 "if they do this I'm gonna talk to an admin" = If i feel someone or a gang is baiting i always record and show them the video before doing anything, if they say no baiting then i don't take it any further, if they say its baiting i have spoke to the persons before, which 99% most of the times is not baiting and i have only spoke to staff 1 or 2 times about baiting.

Around 10 minutes after we died he approached me asking about the situation and during that conversation he informed me that you guys were setting up, he didn't give us intel during the fight f that is what you are getting at.

There is no proof that Scottish said everything apart from the "stupid" remark which was in roleplay.

The setting up before hand and the pushing for the gun fight is clearly shown in the video. Have you got footage before where your video started. We are sure you drove past us when we tried to setup at different locations to start with

our job was to stop you from setting up a road block, we tried talking too you, there is no rule against us setting up? thats just good tactics.

There's a segment missing in this video (only looking at opening video at this point)... to be fair, I've been told by a cop in the channel that you told them to "fk off".

I've seen both videos,

3.7 baiting? No, they asked you to close the checkpoint created to prevent drugs, possible they had people doing drugs. you opened fire on them AFTER you were warned, this isn't really baiting in this instance, rp had clearly be engaged for a few minutes. if it is baiting, you had so much opportunity not to bite...

7.1.3: Not really, we've all heard the comms from both sides, including an officer wanting to go "straight to an admin if they do this", the flip side could say the checkpoint was a bait....

Andmos went up the hill, got called out by the snipers to go away, he was on his own, they could of taken him hostage, they went down a more peaceful route. At this point, it was known you were surrounded and should have sorted a counter attack whilst getting the guys out the valley.... you were all sitting ducks, bad place for a checkpoint.

I'm really disappointed at the edited footage, for one perspective it looked bad, that PLF set up to taker the checkpoint, but the engagement was accepted by the officer that fired first... you chose to take confrontation, sometimes you need to let one slip for the greater good, regroup and plan your counter-offensive...
