I was saving a civilian from being robbed by holding up the robber just outside of the greenzone, a guy then came along and shot me because of course I was robbing someone, rightfully so, but when I called the medic and the medic got to me, he stopped reviving me right near when I was about to be revived and then [PLF] Lincoln shot me in the head and told him it was fail RP if he revives me, I'm sure that this is poor roleplay and that you can't claim to have permanently killed someone by shooting them in the head.

It is not fail RP to roleplay someone is dead. I roleplayed that you got killed trying to rob someone and to confirm to the medic I shot your body. There is no rules against doing so. 

Also you did NOT try to resolve this on teamspeak at all or ask me to speak to you in any other means.
