Please (in detail) describe the incident: I had an individual who i was stop searching for drugs. The individual didn't believe the search was legal. Another car with 2 players rolled up and asked what is going on, the male i had been searching said oh i'm being illegally searched and they said get in which he didn't. The 2 people pulled up to my car and started lock picking it to which i told them to go away (else the car would obviously be taken) to which i was called an idiot and attacked.
I took this to QE and was not satisfied with the result in there. He stated this is what always happens when i interact with cops i get taken to QE to which my point is surely if you are ending up in QE a lot then there is an issue to begin w/ that should be looked at. I was also told go ahead and report it; "you will look like an idiot". We did discuss it further yet i do not believe in any way shape or form does he believe the RP was terrible or actually mean his apology since he laughed each time he said it.
My main points for reporting this is "Attacking another player without engaging in any form of ****quality roleplay**** is considered RDM".
I believe the 20 or so words said mostly not aimed at myself while i was engaged in a decent interaction with another person is in no way shape or form quality RP. Furthermore, i have raised the constant random attacks we get when we hop on as Cop in the discord (mainly focusing at people running up saying a few words and attacking) where we were told to report it so i thought this would be a good point to start with this. Finally, the reason i was given to the attack was "my character hates cops" however, my argument to this is there still needs to be quality RP for that attack since in this interaction they essentially rocked up, lockpicked the car, attacked me and drove off after saying to me fuck off and asking the other guy to hop in who didn't. Otherwise if the backing story of "my character hates cops" works, someone can say they had a poor interaction with cops 5 years ago and hates cops so they are near attack on sight.
Now while i appreciate that punching isn't that bad the idea is to get greater clarity from administration to these types of interactions since as seen the other day lots of cops are annoyed with these types of things where the rp is little to none.
