Please (in detail) describe the incident: Me and Bundy were in an active gunfight with Ballas when they brought out a helicopter and began shooting downwards which has recently been announced to be exploiting.

Whilst I appreciate you taking the time to report this, I fail to see any exploiting. Whilst in the helicopter and even in your clips there wasn't any point where I was shooting directly down. Due to GTA having de sync in the game you might see things differently than others which I appreciate and this is what I also told you during the Liaison as well as also telling you that John (the pilot) was actively pointing the nose of the helicopter downwards until the obvious times when we had to repair and come back.

in order to shoot someone on the ground as long as the helicopter pilot is doing a good enough job to steer the nose of the helicopter down whilst shooting.
As shown in the clip above, Hustlers were directly above me in that situation and even at one point steering away from me whilst shooting "through the bottom of helicopter". 

I would ask if you could provide longer clips also, of the entire fight as I don't have my POV and in the liaison you were happy with the fact you saw the pilot actively tilting the helicopter but here have only put in two 10 second clip that seem to look a little dodgy from your POV in order to try get something out of it and fit your narrative. 

Like I said in a previous paragraph, GTA and FiveM aren't the mostly reliable when it comes to player side visuals, there's been plenty of times where I've been shot through objects or seen things happen that looked like it shouldn't due to that fact and I'm just here to clear it up like I did in the liaison call with you at the time. You can see in both clips you have provided that the helicopter is at a reasonable distance to the side of both of you and not directly above shooting downwards, even circling you at one point with the nose of the helicopter pointed at you (not for my benefit, I'll tell you that because it was a pain shooting and trying to hit you whilst all that is going on). If my intentions were to shoot downwards and indeed exploit like the video shown in paragraph 2, I'd have done that and I can tell you for a fact it'd be much easier in regards to shooting you.
 

I'll try find more POVs of the fight during this time and add on to this report so you can see what I mean but like I said in my initial paragraph, I don't even see why this report went up in the first place. Maybe trying to get some revenge for a 2 man push going wrong? I don't know. In my opinion, that should be handled within RP.

Although you say this, the clips and pictures show something entirely different. In the videos, it is shown that you are shooting through the bottom of the helicopter.

I can provide more clips of you shooting through the helicopter, however I don't see how it is necessary as it would be a repeat of what is already occurring in these clips. I don't understand how they may come across as 'dodgy', nor how you believe we're attempting to make it 'fit our narrative'. They are clips which provide an insight into the incident being reported, although there were select occasions where you shot at a reasonable angle and low altitude, there are numerous other times where you failed to do so and, even after being contacted via OOC chats, continued to repeat yourself.  

Maybe trying to get some revenge for a 2 man push going wrong? I don't know.

I don't know how this could be viewed as a revenge report. We mentioned in OOC about the issue before the incident had ended, and are simply trying to do our part and keeping the community clean.

The clip provided was to shed some light on what is and isn't allowed, I wasn't trying to get anyone in trouble. In that clip you can see the helicopter hovering in a way that is impossible to shoot us on the ground without shooting through the floor of the helicopter in order to do so.

The clip I have provided is the helicopter we used whilst you were on a roof, circling and pointing the nose of our helicopter towards you in order to shoot you. I'll refrain from commenting further, I think I've made my points pretty valid and know for a fact that the clip at the very top is nothing like your clips provided as we're off to the side of the roof and the helicopter facing forward.

To my understanding, the report a player guidelines refers to editing and cutting down footage to make it appear someone broke a rule such as RDM, however that is not the case here. I simply cut the evidence down to the relevant time frames, and put them together in one video for staff to review. The footage is raw and unedited otherwise. An example for you - if someone broke a rule by ghost peeking, you wouldn't need to put a full session recording into a report, but rather the timestamps where they broke the rule. I feel you're trying to spin the report onto me here... first, you suggested it was a revenge report, and now you're grasping at straws and claiming I edited the evidence to make you look guilty.

Even if you made attempts to aim the nose of the helicopter down, the point is that you failed to do this consistently, therefore breaking the rule. Furthermore, You should've been aware of it following the announcement being made just a few days ago, and after being reminded in OOC during the incident, but it appears you weren't and, as a result, fucked up. 

By any chance, do you have your POV from this? In the liaison you said you did, however it hasn't been posted in this report. I'd like to see this if you do have it.

I'm not sure when I said I had my POV of the situation? If you have a recording of me saying this that'd be much appreciated. In the liaison I specifically said I hadn't got the POV as I had no reason to clip it. Nothing significant happened at that point and I knew I was doing everything within server rules as shown in the POV shown here.

You've sent in 10 second clips not actually showing anything significant to be honest, which is why I say you've edited clips in order to try "make the accused look guilty". The fight lasted a good few minutes before you both eventually died on top of the building. I'm sure staff can see that I had no intentions nor did I in fact break this new rule that Archie posted in group leads chat the other day.

Again, I appreciate you taking the time and have the concern for keeping the server clean of rule breaks but I fail to see anything wrong with what I've done here. Archie specifically says "aiming down" which is very vague I will admit but, I definitely shot through the window whilst the nose of the helicopter was pointing towards you on the roof.

@Mack DanielsThank you for your report, I have read the replies provided by you and @PJ Adamsand I have taken into consideration the clips and announcement provided by Archie.

I have taken in opinions from the staff team and especially the dev team to gain a wider understanding.

I will however keep this short and sweet, after these conversation it has been deemed that this is NOT exploiting as per PJ's video which shows that he is clearly trying to point the nose of the helicopter towards you and others.

Archie is solving the issue all together to stop any further misunderstandings on this.

Due to this I will be denying the report.
