So, this is what happened, The first incident of VDM. We were chasing a ifrit from airport road, coming passed the bridge, we had been trying to stop it so we could initiate and start to shoot tires. We were close behind the ifirt when it braked, moved left then swung right into out path killing us. Pintamelgas was the driver and Alcapone was the owner.

The RDM, so I was RP'ing with officers after they saw I was restrained. As we were RPing a 50 cal drives, first time it drives past and just shoots near us, it then turns around and shoots at us. No form of initiation from either. Once again, Pintamelgas was the driver, and AlCapone was the owner, possibly the gunner.

I had tried to tell Pintamelgas to come on TS with direct chat, but after the RDM I asked in a car to break RP and told him he needs to come. He said that he was banned on TS, and even admitted being on drugs at the time.

Hello, VDM, first of all we were just running away from the cops for fun not our fault you have 10 fps. 
As for the RDM, i didnt kill anyone, i simply shot to the air.
So now its against the rules to run away from cops?..
I got shot several times by the cops and i didnt shoot anyone back.:

We do not shoot at people. We shoot into the air. We had no intention to kill the cops They can see in the video that do not kill anyone! We do not want to kill, not shoot to kill). We just wanted to provoke. If we wanted to kill, we would have thrown into the police cars.

Just shoot whens the police fired bullets at us. Just throw shots to the sky. You can see in the video that no car was damaged in the beginning. This is an unfair accusation.

In the first video we are being persecuted and I tried to turn back. Not my fault that the police car is glued to my vehicle. This police was playing with 10 fps. Not my fault that it has lagged.
We played Altis UK for fun, not to be humiliated with accusations of BAD LOSERS

The police shoot to kill against my friend and no police were injured. We never throw against the police. Just shoot against A police car when the police shot to kill my friend!
I repeat, if we wanted to break the rules, we would have thrown AGAINST police ... we did not because we were just shooting into the sky, only when my friend was hit by a shot is fired cons that the wheels of a car, NEVER against the body of a person.

You can not do anything on this server? You can not shoot the police in self-defense? We were walking with the Jeep, sending shots into the air to provoke the police, they shoot at us and we can not shoot them right back?

Why didn't you look behind before you tried the make the turn? @SuigetsuPT @CM&amp;PB? Early you slammed on your breaks causing an off-road to drive right into you? 

You say you were going to turn, but you didn't, you continued down the road. Why did you think it was acceptable to do that turn with us right behind you? 

For the RDM, you DID shoot at officers, re-watch the video, you came down, turned around and drove back, on the way back you SHOT at the officers. Also, what did you expect, your driving a 50CAL off-road by police shooting in there directing, that to us an attempt to engage in a fire-fight on us! What did you want us to do, sorry sir, mind parking you armed car to the side of the road? 

This could even fall under the Baiting rule.

As you waited till we shot at you to return fire?

You're right, unaware of this rule. I apologize for that. I thought there would be no problem making provocations, in "real life" can shoot weapons wherever and whenever we want.
We respect the rule not to attack without RP, just unaware that we could not provoke other players. As I said we had not intended to kill the cops just wanted to provoke. If you are humble know I could have killed all the police at any time.
We do not respect this rule for lack of knowledge. This is a mistake on our part and we really sorry for that.

I shot against the police vehicle when you fired at us. When we returned back we shot at our vehicle and we shoot against your car, not against you directly. But only did so after you shoot against us!

It was the first time I was driving that vehicle. We wanted to go back to ARK when my friend said it was an armored vehicle behind us also. That's why we go forward. You had LAG and you had your vehicle next to our ... I tried to catch and turn the vehicle back to ARK. I drive in the first person can not constantly look back.
I think you are not being humble and to penalize players for everything and anything. I've asked to apologize, apologized in the game and in the same you come ask ban. It is your right but I honestly think it's unnecessary. We never had problems of these before ... it's sad.

My English is not very good, it could have been a communication error.
But feel the right to do what they see fit. I guess you should worry about other problems, serious problems ... we just we were playing, did not know that we were to break rules to provoke the police.

After reviewing all evidence submitted here I have come to an overall decision. I have decided to throw the VDM incident out the window as it looked like it was not a deliberate attempt to VDM. However regarding the RDM incident, the video clearly shows an attempt to bait the police officers in the video

Also shots were fired upon the police officers and there vehicles without engaging any form of quality Roleplay
