Good day, i understand were you are coming from with this report. My RP towards the end was poor. But 3 of us gave you multiple chances to leave in a peaceful manor without us detaining or deporting you. You had already informed us of your snipers in the area. So as you can assume we where on edge. We also asked you after this situation in side chat if you wanted to come to teamspeak to resolve the situation. In which you refused. That offer will still be open tomorrow, and the next day...etc. You where simply refusing to comply and we felt our lives were threatened by your presence and your fellow peer's presence. That is why we decided to shoot.

Once again i apologies for my RP towards the end, as it could have been better and more thorough.

I was here at this incident shay or soap can confirm this. U seem to say by the end we didn't want to rp at all but I distinctly remember u being the first one to tell us to put our hands up, how do u not expect an initiation to follow this demand

Firstly, @James Williams although you were arriving / at the scene of this incident I don't think that an input from you here is needed. Please refrain from posting any further.

Now, @FabioHoeg given your admission that you have no desire to attempt to resolve this situation with the UNMC Soldiers I would like to mention here that you yourself was once in a similar situation where the reportee did not want to resolve the situation. I find this to be incredibly unfair. You expect other people to resolve things with you before they report, yet you report before even attempting to resolve the situation.

For this exact reason and the fact that we strongly encourage people to attempt to resolve the situation before hand, I would like for you to contact the two UNMC Soldiers tomorrow and attempt a resolution with a Staff Member Present!

Please post back here when a resolution has been attempted and we will continue based on that outcome!

@ShayChalloner  (tagging you so you're aware!)

Wonderful. I'm glad this could have been resolved!

Moving to Rejected!
