We initiated on UNMC and then once they didn't listen and wanted a fight we killed them and then got called a "F*gg*t.
I wanted to resolve at first but after being insulted with a homophobic term I didn't want to even give the chance.

Essentially this rule just on a different website, it's there to cause drama and there is no need. Don't be childish and let the admins decide what to do.

Hello @Enzrah. To be honest, i would have liked to resolve this in teamspeak before this report was made as i feel that this report is purely unnecessary and would have easily been resolved in teamspeak. Now in that situation, i was quite pissed off to put it at the least as there were only two UNMC online and you decide to attack the blackmarket so obviously i wanted to insult you, not personally but in roleplay. Now to be honest, i didn't actually know what the word 'fa**ot' fully meant and and just knew it was an insult. I do sincerely apologize if you took any offence to this word however i can assure you it was not personal and is just a way i express my character in-game. I will make sure that i do not say words like this if i do not understand what it fully meant however this could have easily been solved in teamspeak.

That's fine and that's your opinion. However if this was any other word used then I would have but unfortunately it's a homophobic insult. And I do feel as if the insult was directed in a homophobic way.

Correct but you used the wrong word and this isn't acceptable in any way mistake or not I personally feel as if this was discrimination.

Also I would like to add Shambala, if you called me a dick or something normal and something that wasn't really offensive then I would have called it to TS however this is a bit different. 

I never had an issue with you prior to this and I always thought you were really nice and down to earth but angry or not this is a step to far.

It's been a name I've always used and it's a friends name he chose for me and is completely un-related to this topic.  "Jew" isn't a racial slur it's a religion and not used in a derogatory way unlike your personal insult.

I completely agree all I had to say from the start was I took offence and felt this was directed in a homophobic way. That is all.

And yes I responded to that with a if this was another insult of a non offensive/homophobic meaning then so would I but I feel as if that's my choice and due to the word thrown at me I would not like to take this offer up. It's a word simply not acceptable.

My final addition to this will have to be that I did make an honest mistake of insulting Enzrah, however I did not mean this in a homophobic way. The fact that Enzrah failed to contact me regarding this, nor did he tag me in the report leads to me believing that he just wants to get me banned, furthermore I have requested to apologize verbally to him in teamspeak on this thread, yet he has failed to accept my offer...I have also now messaged him to formally apologize on teamspeak, again without avail.
