I was on a standard patrol with a PCSO and another officer, a separate officer asked for our assistance in hostage negotiation we followed him to the meetup location and put our weapons in the car (UMNC are not part of this situation) You can clearly see we are unarmed and talking to some rebels having some rp whilst we are rp'ing PFC Khalifartty guns down 4 of us without saying anything.

Now i would like to add to this that we did speak to PFC Khalifartty on teamspeak about this and i do believe he is sincerely sorry for it, however the ongoing situation was 1k out and you can see we are unarmed and not part of the situation 1 click away, so i think this was just very very careless i dont want PFC Khalifartty to receive a perm ban that he needs to appeal i would be happy to have him with a 2week temp and a warning to not be so careless.

That all being said the reason i am reporting you PFC Khalifartty is that it did ruin some good fun roleplay and was quite a bad mistake, i do know it was a accident and do accept your apologie although i do think you need to have a temp ban just so you realise for the future and to double check everything before and not to be so careless.

Hello, i am Gorgel and sorry about replying but as it might seem me and Reiss was involved with the UNMc - We were absolutely not, we were just as shocked about the situation as the police.
Sorry again for replying.

 
As is told you in teamspeak I do not have any recording to back this up with. I went to teamspeak to speak about what happend as I myself realized that i was a shit situation from my part. I was having a hard time identifying and scaning the cops and the situation at the scene but as it was an ongoing situation around that town and up the mountains with the police, not 1 klick out. I did what I did and there is nothing I can do about it now.. As you said that I am  sincerely sorry about it which all you lads probably heard when I was speaking to you in teamspeak,I truly am sorry.. resolved it with everyone except you apparently. Im not blameing you for that and I do understand why you put this report up.

It was honestly a hard decision to weather or not to put the report up, i mean it was really really bad what happend in the situation and did then ruin it enough for me to just log off completely, knowing that your sorry and sincere about the incident was the the other half making the decision hard, like is said i think something needs to happen, temp ban, warning or something just to then theres not a next time, example, if this happends again and theres nothing on record it could be a continues line of the same situation, would you like to come to my channel im currently in and talk about it and see if we can agree on something we both find fair ? And would also like to add that your taking this maturely and not so childish like certain people.

We did so and agreed that as long as it is noted on Khalifa and is on record we are both happy, feel free to move and lock :)

While I am glad this has been resolved sensibly, we do take multiple things into consideration when deciding the outcome of a report.

From your player notes I can see that you were given a warning by Deleter a little over a month ago for baiting police with Foxy, who was actually banned for the same incident. That was a warning for shooting without high quality roleplay/baiting, and this report demonstrates that you have not learned from the situation. 

Therefore I will be issuing a ban for RDM.
