Hello, I am Player 2 and the reason I am reporting PCSO P.Burns is simply that too many things had occurred with him in which I feel he blatantly broke rules. He should know the rules quite fairly considering he's in a whitelisted faction.

In this video, he clearly understands he could possibly kill someone with the spikes as he waves them around he tells everyone not to go in front of him yet literally started to wave them around just a few seconds later and kills me with them.

My dpi I set at normal setting I was just running around in a circle flinging my mouse second yeah it was my bad that I hit you with strips but that part where they tell you not to wave spike strips is in the ftt which I haven't taken yet and we did pick you right back up and I did apologize

He did ask me to come to ts in to the police liaison room so me jesper and a ci joined with him and his friend he then started to cuss me out and say that he didn't want to resolve anything with me because I was incompetent and clearly don't know the rules he also said he wanted me ban because of it so idk I tried to sort it out but he refused to talk to me

okey, i watched the videos, And the comments. 
Lets start with the Claim of DPI glitching, First of all this is not dpi glitching. He is just running around in that small space. 
If he DPI glitch, He would been all around the place. 

Then the claim of running around with a spike strip. 
I saw you also putt a PCC in for that. So i let police command deal with that. 
Since they are more suitable to deal with that internally. 

So based on these i decide to reject this report.
