Please (in detail) describe the incident

I was randomly getting chased by the police, basically in the middle of nowhere (Near oil processing near Kavala), they drove into the back of my car, causing my car to flip and explode, possibly due to desync or too high speed of the police car, killing me and PCSO Mello.

The police that ended up surviving came to me and said something about "dangerous driving" and "...vehicle and you injured one of my officers...", due to the people talking in discord, i couldn't hear properly what the police officer said, so i asked "I did what?", the police just ran off, even though he propably heard me.

@JacobM can you confirm if this was you as PCSO Mello?

If so would you care to comment on the above situation? If it was not you driving please could you name who was.

This was me. I however was not driving the vehicle. I was with Prob. PC Sheperd (The PCSO who came over and spoke to the person in the video) and another officer who I cannot remember, I am also not sure which officer it was driving the vehicle. From what I remember this was simply due to desync as you can see after the police car hits the offroad it begins to move left and right in a way that would not be possible without some level of lag. And I believe the driver did not even realise that he had hit the vehicle until I told him I was down. I would like to apologise on behalf of the driver and would also like to point out that we did not provide you with any ticket due to the circumstances.

 
Hi there mate, just seen this and watched the video i can confirm this was dsync and i was the officer who came over and spoke to you about the " Dangerous driving " the dangerous driving i was talking about you driving off road at high speeds which resulted in the pcso getting injured, now in regards to not replying back to you being low quality rp i do apologise, teamspeak was as chaotic as usual and after calling you a medic we had to respond to a situation for a officers safety.

I do wish you came to teamspeak and spoken to us about this then instead of through a report because in my eyes this is a misunderstanding.

I accept your apologies and I also would like to apologize for not coming to ts after the incident, and due to that i think that this "case" should be dismissed/no longer being looked into.
