We just robbed the RBA international. No shots were fired at the RBA. At laundry we spot a cop car pulling up. We had already sold so we rush to the atm. At the ATM we shit talk the cops and one officer leaves his car unlucked with a SGT and PSCO derp inside. I get in it. Tell the PCSO to get out so many times. He doesnt jump at any point ensuring that if I would take that police car then I would be taking him hostage therefore he is abusing rule (9.1.7). PCSO then jumps into the driver seat instead of getting out all while I have a gun pointed to his head showing no value of life whats so ever. I tell him if he drives off I would shoot him even tho I had already told him to get so many times prioer to that just to make sure he wouldnt complain about rdm afterwards. He drives off while im pointing a gun to his face. Clearly showing no regard for his life in anyway that I would class as fail rp or poor rp. Could even go as far to say that he is baiting for a gunfight since I wasnt allowed to drive off with him in the car causing me to be stuck there waiting for backup to come.

Talked with him for 30 mins in laison trying to make him understand. Spend the first 20 minutes to telling me that I was in the wrong and that I was breaking rp in the situation by stating I couldnt take him hostage. Overall he was not able to understand what he did wrong and did not apologize. On top of this he had an attitude throughout the whole resolving.

I'm going to be responding to the report because Derp cant send a reply (This is all his words btw i didn't take any part of the situation)

 1. The car was locked, the interaction menu said 'Engine off- Inventory.' 
2. You told me the car was unlocked for 20 secs. 
3. You told me MULTIPLE times indeed to get out of the vehicle. Yet you knew it was locked as you kept scrolling to check... 
4. I saw Zacmo jump out with his weapon out, so i thought he was initiating on you. (At that time we were with like 7 in a channel and atleast 5 of them were in the city and telling us what they were doing or saying) and he disappeared on my screen. 
5. There was a cop car behind us so when Zacmo jumped in i thought he tried to get out of his hostage. That's why i tried to reverse around the incoming cop car. 
6. You can hear Zacmo tell 'I'm not even sure if i gave him the keys off the vehicle. 
7. Also here is a recording that i said i didn't have the keys of the vehicle.

8. Even your friends said you might have been locked into the vehicle as you cannot get out, multiple times.

10.  It didn't take 30 mins, and when I asked if I could compensate you, you said 'I don't give a sh*t, bye' and left the TS and 1h after you just send me the lnik to me getting reported and immediately close the conversation.
