After being close by to a police hostage situation and a prison break out, i was "deemed" involved by the cops i guess, especially when matty saw me hiding in one of the deer stands. I straight away left the deer stand to speak to matty as he seemed to be nice and willing to speak. He told me about what was going on so i said i would help him investigate. Completely outnumbered visually i wanted to RP and actually speak to some cops for once, this is where Daniel2Sec was wanting me to place my hands and comply i roughly try to explain why i did not want to and i was trying to help them investigate. He was worried it seems that i had friends in the area and wanted me to take my GPS and my communications. Firstly this was slightly dodgy as being part of the large gang [IB] i could see it as meta gaming as there are a lot of us, however this is not what im here for. After getting heated a little bit, me and Daniel agreed for me to strip my gear of and him search my stuff for other GPS and coms. I walked into the building asking where to go to stip of and he shown me to the edge of the wall. This is where Weasley Wells ran over to me, Knocked me out by starting to pull his gun out, hitting me and placing it back. To me this is exploiting, in rapid succession he is able to knock me out without even having anytime to react, as well as for the fact i was starting to comply and being nice to the cops. Then my gun was taking off me by Peach master and unrestrained, i explained my situation and the cops where having none of it so i left the area.

Personally and especially recently cops having been doing nothing expect initiating, every time i have been in contact with a cop recently its just turned into a fuckfest after all i wanted to do is RP, seeing that admins have warned me about it and i want to show that i am not all about shooting. There a exceptions to this and i do not mean that every cop is like this.

I and @jamesjsm (Strix) asked him to come to liaison or the ib liaison. Strix did instantly as he was warned yesterday and has clearly not learnt his lesson, i then did and still have not had a response.

After we were called in that a officer was taken hostage me and NCA pull up to the scene where you are standing with a MK-1 the officers on scene are roleplaying with you and after warning you mulitple times to put your hands up. They were hesitating so I got out, ran behind you and knocked you out. Regarding me pulling a weapon out that was not the case whatsoever as police can knockout people without a gun out.

I would also like to request a longer video actually showing the roleplay leading up to this situation as there is context missing.

Your request for a longer video can not be granted as i can not record up to 5 mins without my pc crashing (it did now it dosent need to get a new pc) , yes i was initiated on however i was trying to roleplay with the officers and agreed for them to search my gear without being placed into zipties,  you come in and just knock me out and run away, like atleast speak to me or interact with me in some way because i believe this is poor and the only people in that situation is the cops around me, you run in from towards me so are not involved in what was going on. This is poor to me because you just ruined RP for me and instantly ziptied me, i could of led on to statrments and other stuff however you just knocked me out and restrained me. 

Yes i was involved in the breakout and the hostage situation however just was TRYING to rp that i was not, which i did not really get the chance to.

The roleplay that you were given to by the other cops is between you and them. Involved in the hostage situation or not you had a illegal fire which warrants the officers to be allowed to detain and search you.  As to why I ran up and knocked you out and then ran away again was because you were not listening to the officers whatsoever regarding putting your hands up. This got me annoyed as you were warned so many times so I got out of the driver seat of the NCA hunter and knocked you out. I then ran back to the hunter and got in to made sure the hunter wasn't unmanned.

If you truely wanted to convince the cops that you were not involved you should have complied and continued to roleplay from there instead of running around and making it seem like you were stalling.

Could you also please upload the other 4 minutes that are missing as it looks like you stop recording right after I knock you out(The squad order menu in the top left pops up).

I use Nvidia geforce so it records the past minute once i click a button, ive already stated that i can not due to the fact of my PC, so please stop bringing this point up. This makes my point more obvious that you run up to me knock me out and leave as you clearly admit to it here, i was warned many times and as said already seemed to agree that i would drop my stuff for them to search but before i could even do that you knock me out, if you had of not done that it would of expanded the RP other than the usuall bs of cops just taking guns and stuff then thats it.

I feel like i should bring up this point, yesterday you where warned and was told by DELETER that it does not seem you want to resolve yesterdays problem, so when me and strix both messaged you asking you to come to a lisaon why did you not respond. I gave you 30 mins before putting this report up and did not get one message.

Regarding yesterdays problem I wanted to resolve it and I even messaged you after the situation I was in however you never responded. When it comes to why I didn't want to come into ts today is because I simply did what the other officers would have done if you would have waited 10 more seconds and there was nothing wrong with what I did.

You say you wanted to RP, but you come down from a deer stand with a MK1 on your back?  The Police are only doing what they are meant to be doing and making sure they are safe before they continue with any situation. Standard Police protocol. 
You have the attention of four Police officer from what you have said in your statement you were in the area of an active situation. This situation had involved Police officers being taken a hostage. All of this in mind and for some reason you expect the Police to not hostile to someone who is in the area with a large firearm refusing to comply and from what I get from the atmosphere of the video is being slightly hostile.

However, this time you are in the shoes of the Police.  I would like you so also bare in mind that one of your friends has just been taken hostage and maybe killed, Then when you arrive at the prison you find a heavily armed hostile individual hiding in a deer stand. When he is asked to comply he refuses and starts to become hostile.

I can not record over around 2mins50secs, i need to sort out this and in progression on doing so. What i meant by "it did" was before i reinstalled arma it did record 5 mins, but now once reinstalled my storage has just fucked over my pc and im trying to sort it

I agree, yes, hostile situation and 1 armed rebel there and all that. However as you see in the video i give them my GPS and tell them that i have a given my coms, which i mean by that i have literally gave them coms. However just before this why does Matty ( The first cop to see me ) does not instantly want to taze me, and is even speaking to me in the deer stand then gets overruled by the rest of the cops. My point is that whilst i was rping and stripping my clothes off for them to search my stuff and he runs over and just knocks me out right whilst i was rping with the other cops. If they felt threatened by one guy with a mk1, when im visually been outnumbered by alot of cops in hunters, cars and on foot around me. I can not do anything but rp realistically. I also was not being hostile, do you not think with the amount of cops round if i was being hostile i would of counter initated through out the whole situation if my freinds are set up around the area?

If i was in the polices shoes, i would of complied with the rebel (me) who has already given you his GPS, coms and as willing to comply with them searching their gear without being ziptied and that they are going to drop it on the floor for searching, it would also be pretty annoying as the rp had just been cut off by another officer going round in a hunter slightly away from the situation coming and knocking out the suspect and restraining them

You were given an initiation by the officers, to which you reacted to confirming that you heard it. 
PC Weasley did come up and knock you out, but he was not the one who restrained you it was the other officer who had been RP'ing with you during you clip.  This shows me that they were also happy that you had been restrained and I only think it would have been a matter of time before the other Police officer put you in restraints anyway.
