I am so sorry that I hit you, I tried to dodge you that's why I tried to steer the vehicle away from you, it was not intentionally vdm. I am so sorry that you got hit by the vehicle I am not the a decent driver yet.

Turns out my buddy had his perspective as well but that's as extended as its possibly going to get.

i can see from the videos provided that the police suv did infact hit you,  however it is clear that the officer did not ram you on purpose and was a accident and the officer did not intend to arrest you in any way therefor i will not be issuing a ban however please take it on board @Tohrin Rover and practice you driving.

@sous although i can see that there was a issue here i dont think it was ever worthy of a forum report please think carefully as to weather a situation is worth reporting in the future,  if the officer had ran you over and arrested you giving you no chance to escape i would them be happy for you to report a situation like that, however in instances like the report you have filed here i would not consider it report worthy.
