Please (in detail) describe the incident
Me and Timmy got CCTV reports that Paros fuel was being robbed. As soon as we arrived the robber took the cash. I parked behind his vehicle and then he tried to forcefully ram me away which resulted in his vehicle getting flipped. Me and Timmy got out our vehicle, no guns, no tasers and asked him to step out of the vehicle with his hands above his head to which he kindly replied by shooting me. To avoid getting rdmed aswell and since he had no weapon, the PCSO restrained him. Not the nicest business but he tried to stop an RDM spree. We got him onto teamspeak where, while we were waiting for an admin, he kept on telling us how pulling behind him with our car and telling him to put his hands above his head is considered initiation and that what the pcso did was against the rules, which it was but i hope we can find a common ground and say that he just tried stopping him from rdming. after a while he said that his pizza is ready and i tried asking him multiple times to take the pizza at the pc with him or at least wait a bit. While i was doing that, the admin came but he still had to go for the pizza also mentioning, to my surprise, that he has a life. Then he left and also left the game. The first link is the image of him leaving, the second link, at 1:03 is the beginning of the incident and the third link is him disconnecting , at 1:15. also you can hear him later on boasting about his life which we all lack, unlike him.
