Please (in detail) describe the incident

i was in a active gunfight with the police near Kore bend when a officer tells me to lower my gun so i complied with his commands and start to drive away when he starts to spray my vehicle , i know that i was in the gunfight but with him giving me a command that i follow then he decides to shoot me i would say that it is fail rp (i have not tried to resolve because i feel as though its a blatant rulebreak and thers nothing to discuss)

Incorrect. "Put the gun down" isn't lowering it. If you're going to pull the "It's so blatant I can't be bothered to resolve it" card, you've got to think about specifics, and how the situation can be interpreted.

Why not provide it in the first place? 3 Minutes beforehand or nothing mate. I can look at 20 seconds of you in the middle of a gunfight and then getting shot all day, it doesn't really tell me anything useful.

You pointing a gun mid firefight is going to get you shot by default, it being "poor roleplay" is pretty much literally the opposite of what's happening here. He's actually providing more roleplay than he could have gotten away with. Could you explain these and provide the footage in the time that we're waiting for matt to respond?

yes i was pointing a gun in a gun fight he restarted role-play which if i am correct is classed as starting a new situation me getting into my car and driving off in my eyes is not sufficient reason for him to shoot at my vehicel

What I added is just fact and not an interpretation of the situation yet. Not saying it's either a valid or invalid report, just that he did more than necessary. I'll allow @Madmatt150 to respond further as I'm not in a position to make a judgement yet.
