Was indeed standing over a dead police officers body with my gun out protecting the peace not initiated upon when is suddenly got shot by said officer. Do not have video evidence so this report will go in the bin. But we got some trigger happy officers around. Note that i have not done anything this far.

So to get this straight... You stood in a gunfight pointing a gun at a cop and then got shot and you are saying that is "poor / low quality RP"? It becomes rather difficult to take part in a quality of RP from a distance when mid-gunfight. I raise you rule (1.7) specifically common sense that it's your own fault if you arm yourself in the middle of a firefight.

More to the point, what do you want from this? Are you looking to prove a point or what? You say yourself, no evidence no report. You could get much further talking to the guy than posting here with no evidence which you say you haven't even attempted yet?

TomTheDoge did not aim at anyone and informed the officer that was down that i was not doing any harm.

If you don't answer this bit I will have to deny this. You know very well there's nothing I could do whether this was a case of clear cut RDM or not if you don't supply me anything. What you describe sounds like standard procedure and not a problem.

 
Would like to get compensated for my gun as from my point of view i was just gunned down while role playing with the officer on the ground, not aware of any said gunfight or anything else in the area. I was having a laugh with the officer on the ground and got shot. 

 
I'm not able to compensate you based on your word alone and no evidence for not a rulebreak. A mistake maybe, but your fault. Talking to people on teamspeak after the fact will get you a lot further than reporting them if you don't have anything concrete to bring to the table. I would imagine he wouldn't mind comping you but if you instead accuse him of poor RP instead of talking it out he probably won't feel as "charitable".

Only thing i have to say is, can't you hear shots around you + you were in a gunfight with a pistol out right above a cop.
