Me and my mate Tiger was getting arrested at the Kavala Drug Dealer. He got executed by my friend named Basit. 7minutes later he comes to kavala drug dealer which is 500meters away from where he got killed and that means he broke NLR Timer. I tried to contact him 3 or 4 times in Direct communication (You can see me asking him three times in the video beacuse i shortend it down you cant see all of it. I also tried to contact him via my mobilephone but he didnt answer. I also sent a message to a CI and he didnt repond either. Dont have any proof of sending it to the CI and dont remeber the CI's name therefore you gotta take my words.

I then joined teamspeak and tried to ask Mattch what i could do. He watched the evidence and told me it was strong enough for a report. Mattch also told me that I tried enough to contact PC Koala Bear that I was allowed to check in the "You tried to resolve the situation with the player(s) before reporting."

Me and Koala Bear sorted things out on teamspeak and I felt bad cuz I was nearly banned for saying Alluha Akbar this morning. I started to remeber how I felt when I though i was getting banned and didnt want anyone else having that same feeling. 

Now the report can be refused and stored inside Rejected/Refused.
