I respawned after dying in a situation. I was getting gear cuz cops were raiding enforcer compound and i was shot while i was buying gear.

Acording to Jordan i was at the gate wich is a straight up lie.

Acording to Jordan i was at the gate wich is a straight up lie.

i did send you this, and i was shooting at someone pushing us in the compound, this just feels a bit petty to me ngl considering it wasn't anything intentional which you knew considering i sent you this clip.

I have changed it to no as looking back at the chat its debatable wether or not it can be called resolved. 
 

But i am gonna be honest i will keep the report up as the police "Shoot first comp later" mentality must be gone. Police violate so many rules its time that u guys start taking responsibility for ur actions and being called out for it. 

When shooting it is ur responsibility u are not shooting at people or into areas ur not allowed to. U were told on TS afterwards that i was at the sign and u stood by that u were in the right not apologetic at all. U are ex Poseidon and knows very well that the angle u were holding was towards the shops.

im sorry but this wasn't my mentality like i said i shot someone on the fence who was about to push not because i wanted to kill anyone in purple zone, and also i will mention you were the one who asked me for comp, the way you are saying it suggests that i killed you intentionally with the mindset that i went to just go for comp afterwards, this overall just feels petty to the whole situation with Poseidon and police at the moment.

i had shot at a guy who was about to push us in the enforcer compound, it was unfortunate that you got shot and it wasnt intentional as ive stated, but if you had attempted to talk with me in teamspeak instead of just messaging me asking for comp immediately maybe i would have been in a better position and we wouldnt be dealing with it here, as for my view at the time officers were under fire and i had to get rid of the threat the best way i could.

U are ex Poseidon and knows very well that the angle u were holding was towards the shops. 

i dont understand how this would mean anything to be honest with you, its not like i can develop a geometric map developed in my mind of the poseidon base, in 3 weeks to mention, i shot someone who was a threat and accidentally hit you so that all i can really say on that matter.

I did assume it was an accident but u stated "I Killed 2 guys on your enterance to enforcer compound  not purple zone" and after being told exactly were i replayed with something to me that makes me belive u confirming this is not an accident. "ive got it clipped so".

Even after when u got ur clip u still did not change ur comment so u were still believing this to be correct what u did.

So why could'nt this have been resolved with a chat, you closed the chat straight after i say ive got it clipped, so i then send you the clip from my end to no responce and a player report being submitted.

My mindset was to eliminate the guy holding the gate as ive stated this was accidental as you have also acknowledged. surely there could have been a better way to resolve this other than immediately asking for comp. im sure if you would have asked i would have more than happily had a chat and i could have seen where things went abit belly up and we would be in a better position now.

Ok - this is going back and forth. I will give you @JordaN GooD & you @TikTak 24 hrs to resolve this on TS, otherwise Im looking closer at:

After having spoken with TikTak on TS this evening its been made clear that he's not interested in resolving it. 

Looking at your recording Jordan, I cant in good consience accept the premise at which you're shooting without realising that you're endangering people in a safe-zone. As with any situations involving shots it is down to the shooter to carefully ensure where his shots are landing. In this case, you shot directly into a Purple Zone and killed a Poseidon member while he was gearing up. We need to ensure that ALL safe-zones are kept safe. To this end, I will issue a 24 hr ban for violation of 6.4.1.

Dont put yourself in that situation again.
