I was waiting for these two guys to come out the greenzone who metagamed me and was talking trash , they left the greenzone and we follwed and initiated I then proceeded to restrain them but i accidentally placed one of the guys in the car by mistake , I then noticed a cop there and asked hm to get the man out the car for me so i did not have to lock pick it .

I then was forced to point a gun at the officer as he was not willing to comply to my demands during the whole exchange this guy did not value his life , Which is not my main concern even tho its a issue he the proceed to initiate if you want to call it that with " hands up your surrounded " and not long after i was rubbered .

I resolved the issue with the guy who rubbered me but the low level RP from this police officer is unacceptable , I did try and resolve with Pc Joe but yet again im met with people who find it funny when i try to resolve with them he even had to mute his mic he was laughing that hard .

Im not willing to resolve this matter as he clearly did not see a issue and found the whole resolution a joke .

To clarify, you had a gun out pointing at me ordering me to get someone out of the car, to me that seems you are threatening my life. What you said was "you gotta threaten someone to get you to do something for us mate" clearly threatening me, which you later say "I didn't threaten your life", if you didn't threaten my life then I wouldn't not be valuing my life as you are stating I am not threatening you. I clearly stated you are surrounded put your hands up, which you acknowledge by saying "I couldn't give a fuck mate".

The reason why I laughed whilst you were talking to me was that you stated having a weapon out pointing at someone inst threatening, which it clearly is, that's why I laughed/giggled, another reason for me muting my mic is that my cat was on my desk trying to hit my mouse on my screen, which I found quite amusing.

I am sorry if you found my laughing annoying, and may have been a cause for you to get angry, but I do not see why i am being reported for not valuing my life, as I have previously mentioned, I did what you said, and I even asked you are you threatening my life which you replied no.

You did not value your life at all in that situation and your actions in the way you were handling the situation shows in the video its the initiation which i find extremely poor and also you said i was completely surrounded there was only two of you . 

Getting a gun pointed at you is threating of course it is ,  you said " your threatening me against my life " I did not threaten your life but yes the gun pointed at you is a threat , but its the way in which you conducted yourself and how you initiated which is the poor this has become a regular thing within the police force lately but we are not here to discuss that . 

Your role play here was well below par on this ocassion and your resoultion attempt was even worse and for that it was brought to the attention of the forums .

How would you know there was only two of us?, there could have been people on the roof of the office building, people in the trees. Would would have no idea if it there was only two cops there, I may have lied about there not being other cops in the area, but its not like rebels lie about other people being in the area.

I clearly said you are surrounded and for you to put your hands up, It may have been rushed because you were threatening my life, I was not the one who rubbered you, all the way through the situation I had my gun on my back, I was not a threat towards you.

After discussing this with other staff members over the last few days, we've come to the following conclusion:

The roleplay shown here is pretty bad, however, it's not bad enough to issue a ban on it as he did comply eventually.   Had he not complied afterwards we'd be having a different conversation. However, @Joe, consider this a warning that if we see a repeat of this standard we may not be so lenient in the future.

@TCK John Dillinger - During the discussion we did come to the conclusion that you may wish to take this to a PCC, while usually these can just get outright rejected for being over 24hours, I'd like to believe that Police Command can appreciate why there is a delay in time between the incident and posting it and continue to deal with it as appropriate if you decide to take this route.

On that note, this report will be rejected as no ban has been issued but the warning has been noted.
