Alright, I was standing right outside agios and was getting my friend help, as he was down. My friend landed with the orca to give me a stretcher so I could drive to kavala hospital and get him help. A police car full of police pulls up and one of them initiate on my tiers, kills me and then tells me he had all the right to do so. Hes a PC and cant follow basic rules? No thanks.

Okay first of I did say if you had a problem you could come and talk to me about it but ok, second of all the the video is only 24 seconds long and doesn't show me talking to you where I stated I did not mean to shoot you I was firing at the tires and hit you I understand I killed you but this was not deliberate and I did tell you to come to liaison for this situation but you did not turn up. I have no problem if you do want to chat and I tell you now this was not deliberate at all. Message me on TS if you wish to.

 
Hello i was one of the officers on scene.

Firstly Fierce was very surprised when he killed you the initiate could of been a bit better. However there was no need for what you were typing in chat

you could of simply said "could you come to liaison" etc.

Under the police rules it states.

[SIZE=12pt]3 Minute Chase (Rule)[/SIZE]

[SIZE=12pt]A civilians vehicle's tires may only be shot at after 3 minutes of chasing so long as verbal initiation has been given. There are a few exceptions to this rule*:[/SIZE]

  • [SIZE=12pt]If you have witnessed the driver or passenger carrying an illegal weapon and is fleeing from a crime.[/SIZE]

Therefore Fierce produced to shoot the ties unfortunately killing you in the process. PC Fierce is aware of the rules and is a PC so is still working and he had a full right to shoot at ties from the police rule above. Fierce also messaged you if you had any concerns come to liaison and you never replied....

Later on i and Fierce apologized for the actions:

Watching the  apologizing at the end of the video did he at the end call me a ''cunt'', or is that just some1 else callijng a random guy that? Will reply soon with more info in 30 min.

With the poor initiation and being a whitelisted faction, stuff like this should never happend, shit roleplay and then the rdm top of that?

I can uplaod a longer video if requested by a staff member. 

Just a quick question, in your own words @Fierce was in the right to shoot so quickly as ..."If you have witnessed the driver or passenger carrying an illegal weapon and is fleeing from a crime." However, i would like you to explain which crime i was fleeing from?
I would also like it to be said that irregardless of the above and whether or not you were in the right to shoot. at 15 seconds you say "tires will be shot...." 18 seconds and i am dead. You had a prowler there, with the means to pursue me off road and enable you to better shoot tires if need be.

After thinking about this over and over i do notice my mistake and would like to have a chat with you as i had said multiple times before so please come to TS so we can have a chat about the situation thank you . Also can i see a longer vid with the full situation please 5 min +

Alright, I've talked with @YoCo about this situation and he have been talking with Fierce on my behalf, @Fierce understands what he did was wrong, however i don't want to see him banned, I feel a PCC is more applicable as it can help teach Fierce without issuing a server punishment.

Please do move this post to rejected/solved.

 
Please make a PCC should you feel it necessary.
