So 2 of my guys were getting robbed at the oil processor by a few bums, I head of there to try and help. Once I get there It seems they have worked things out and backed off, so i get a gun from my pal @Lacey Dillinger and proceed to look for them, I see geezers out the corner of my eye and start to jog towards them... when i see a few of them I'm thinking o'shit I'm fucked here like. I give them a friendly "oioi" to his response "I don't recommend that", Still not sure if he was on about the oioi or me running towards him with a gun out. Any way I replied with "I don't recommend you fuck .....". I then lose consciousness. Then the other geezer walks up and finishes me off with zero RP.

Was on the server 12 minutes and this shit happens, I've not been too active compared to normal over the last few weeks because of shit RP like this.

So this was a situation that could of been dealt with if you had come to teamspeak like i asked you to. I had said before that i would comp anyone that was not the rebels we had been chasing. 

The group of rebels that you confronted we had been chasing for some time, and had a darter that by angelfall. We turned up to oil processor after following them in our hatchback. We then sore a number of rebels with weapons out, so me and the other officer in my car fired at them. As you can see Salv had a weapon out, in what was an active gunfight. I tried to go and help him but he re-spawned to fast. After i also tried to explain to his friends i would comp, and i tied to pass them a note to ask for the name, but the would not let me. 

As i said if they would off come to ts i would off comped. However he was in an active gunfight with a gun out. 

And i very much understand that i made the mistake of shooting at you without confirmation and am still able to comp if needed.

Would also like to add that fact that i am sorry that i made this mistake and it effected you in a negative way, and again will comp you for this. 

I do feel that if you had just let me explain this, then maybe i would not have to be writing this response. Thank you and sorry again.

Adding information.

I would like to explain this in a little more detail. We had seen a group of rebels in a orange sporty that had just shot an officer. They then got in and they drove off, and we where following them in the darter, and in the hatchback i was in. We sore them stop at the Oil possessor witch we did not know Salv and his pals where, i drove round to the back as we had already covered the front and i had seen them run towards the back, there was a number of people with guns out, and i shot at them as we had previously taken fire, and officers had been shot, and we followed them the hole way. Salv unfortunately was mistaken for one of these rebels, however his other two friends were successfully identified as not involved, and therefor where not fired upon, however salv was not and this was MY MISTAKE. 

I tried to make this clear when talking to his friends, and i believe would of been cleaned up if we where able to talk about it, and this can still happen, i can still come and talk to you about it like i have already asked to, and have offered compensation.

For me i sore multiple rebels there we had seen before with rifles out trying to escape from killing cops. 

The only proof i have are some screen shots of us following the car with the darter to the oil compound, from where the cops had been shot.

From even before the video starts which is me driving from Kavala to when I arrived there was no active gunfight as you state. My guys were there the whole time and they would of said something If there was a gunfight. 2nd lie

Okay, I had been on the server for around 12 minutes. Do you really think I'm going to come to TS for most probably atleast 30 minutes to try and resolve you been incompetent? hell no. Not to mention this is not the first run in with you giving poor RP. I got a few complaints regarding you after I placed this report up of you giving poor RP today also.

Not a lie i even roleplayed by  'Crieding' that i had mistaken  you for a rebel and at this point your bag was on the floor.

Pal I've been apart of this server for two years, and not once have been told my roleplay is poor, and would love to know who said this and how i gave poor RP because for all anyone knows this could be a lie to make me sound like a bad guy. As well as this i have never had a run in with you in the past to my knowledge.

At this point i feel as though i have done everything i can to resolve this situation without anyone trying to get someone banned, i feel at this point as i have offered comp and he has turned me away. I feel he just wants me banned witch is upsetting.

And if you believe i literally ran up to a random person and shot them, then i can understand why you would post this, but this is a clear cut mistake, and i had a reason to shot i appoligise.

Alright so, you were in a active firefight with the rebels in the orange sporty, you followed them on the darter and never lost eyes. So your still in a active firefight with them, this does give you permission open fire on them. But if you want to open fire on them you got to make god damn sure the rebels are the same rebels. In this situation you did not, this was a mistake on your part, now you've made a mistake in this situation a pretty big one and its got some who wasn't involved killed. Now don't worry about this mistake, I've made mistakes and so has everyone else but we do have to learn from them and also accepted our punishments. So today a ban will be issued under rule 2.2 or RDM, now I don't have to explain this to you in anyway as from your replies I can see you know you messed up and are not trying to hide it in anyway. This will be the best course of action for you to get a chance to be unbanned.

Ban Issued - 2.2 - Random Deathmatch (also known as RDM) - Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. Count downs are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering shooting.) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban).

Also Sven has executed SALV with no roleplay a tall, he was not even in a gunfight with him. He just instantly shot salv when he was in a downed state thus breaking the rules 2.2 and 7.1.3.

(7.1.3) Killing and executing someone must be carried out with high roleplay, “put your hands up or I will shoot” etc is considered low RP and may lead to a ban for RDM/Fail RP.
