I was trying to lockpick a Hemtt Box at the weedprocessor. Then PartyNextDoor showed up, and shoot me on sight. I asked him to come on TS, to solve and explaination. He repleid that he couldn't come to TS and thats it. After I explained that it's RDM, and he couldn't just shoot people he said sorry, but takes no effort to solve this properly. I told him that his actions had cost me money, but unfortunatly he didn't care about this.

He made a mistake by shooting me without RP, and I think he understands that now. But he made no effort to undo his mistake at all. That's for me the main reason to report him.
