I was explaining to a player about that what he was doing in side chat was metagaming when a player named Pagey says 'MATTHEW YOUVE GOT DOWNS BY THE SOUNDS OF IT'. Although i did not take any offence to this (as i do not have down syndrome), it was pointed out by @Stuart in TS (having a chat about the situation) that this is in deed breaking rule (1.2) Discrimination of any kind is punished by a permanent ban without appeal. The player disconnected from the server (so Stuart was unable to talk to him ingame) and the player was also not on teamspeak so this situation was unable to be resolved and was advised to make a report on the player.

hi, i can confirm that i may have said an offensive comment however i was not asked to come to teamspeak, so the report is not completely truthful. I would like to go to teamspeak and resolve the issue now that im aware of the issue.

I have talked to the player and have decided to remove the report. I have explained to the player that what he has done is unacceptable and not to do it again. If possible, can this be added to player notes due to the serverity of the rule broken however no action is needed to be taken.
