What best describes this incident: (G11.5) Ongoing Hostile Situations (G3.1) OOC Information
Please (in detail) describe the incident: There was a situation between cutlass and marabunta at bins, in this situation there was marabunta down with cutlass still standing.
As you can see in the clip the people that we're in the active situation all had following id's going from 820-850. Toward the end of the clip Pablo arrives to the situation and his ID is 878, this too me looks like Pablo has hopped on due to a situation that has caused marabunta to take losses.
If possible can staff checks logs for the time Pablo logged on due to the fact I think he did not wait the following 15 minutes which has caused a rule break, this to me seems very unfair if he did not wait the time, logs should be able to show when the situation roughly started.

If possible could Pablo please show me a clip of how he came around to coming to bins as it seems like there could be metagaming involved in this situation as well, he said in QE that his boys mentioned over radio that they we're doing a bin run and he suggested that he would come down because Pablo knew they we're finishing there current run, has he got any evidence to provide for this please?

Hey @Ronnie Mush Have you attempted to resolve this with @Pabz/Bruno Cortez ? You've mentioned speaking about something in QE although you are also here asking if Pablo could provide a clip here making me believe you haven't attempted to resolve this before coming to the forums

ATTEMPT TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE​

Before making a report, we request that you attempt to solve the issue like adults. This can be done by politely asking the player to come to TeamSpeak or Discord through the use of the in-game out of character (OOC or LOOC) chat. Once in Teamspeak or Discord, you can attempt to solve the issue without getting Staff involved. While this is not mandatory, it is greatly encouraged and failure to do so can hinder your report.

Hello, we did the following of attempting to resolve it in QE, I was unsatisfied with his answer and seen this as a rule break, therefore I have brought it to the forums.

It seems suspicious because you sessionhead me, and then 10 Seconds later kilo comes to a sudden realisation that this is pablo and turns to shoot me. There is no chance on gods green earth that the 3 pixels of a tattoo on my chest was used to identify me. I call bullshit. Any explanation?

Sorry to add to this, but correct me if im wrong you said that you were happy at the end of the QE? I'm 95% certain that staff member Zellie was present to witness all this. I simply see this as a revenge report against me due to reporting kilo.

Hello Pablo mate, we did discuss this in QE however you mentioned that you put away your blue bike and decided to grab a local along with putting on unidentifiable clothing, this to me seems like you knew that there was a situation on-going between the 2 gangs Cutlass and Marabunta.
As for the reason for me doing sessionheads as you pull up is because we have had marabunta doing the same thing in past situations which have been followed up in liasion.
This to me just seems very unfair.

I believe that you have hopped on in this situation due to marabunta being down or had not waited the 15 minutes since you logged on to get involved while the situation is escalating between our gangs and so i'd like staff to verify this within the logs if possible please.

Number 2: I did not state in qe that i put on unidentifiable clothes during that time. What i stated was that i put on those clothes earlier today to go and pretend to be someone else and get inside of the arcade without cutlass knowing it was me. There was a tweedle post made earlier with a fake account asking about applying for a job at the arcade. And regarding to the local car, that was because i was going to find a local bike after i had met tommy and jenson to sell drugs on, and did not want to leave my bike in the middle of the floor to despawn in case i wanted to use it at a later time. As for the sessionheads, do you seriously think that you sessionheading just because a marabunta did it is a reasonable argument? You had no clue that i was marabunta at all unless you have incredible eyesight from behind a ratloader on the floor. I had radio and phone contact with both tommy and jenson before the situation, and neither informed me of cutlass' current actions. I was completely unaware of the shooting situation proceeding at bins. I dont understand why you would state that you are happy with my answer in qe and then proceed to put a report up. Hey @Ronnie Mush thank you for taking the time to report this incident.

After reviewing the evidence the only thing it shows is the Session ID of someone turning up to the Garage Hub I don't see any reason why you should have used SessionHeads in that situation you claim it is for the "chance that you we're marabunta" again just because he's possibly turning up to the problem doesn't mean a rule has been broken, afterwards if you feel like a rule was broken you could also attempt to reach out via OOC or try to get it after the rule has been broken.

As for the claims of @Pabz/Bruno Cortez breaking G11.5 I can say from reviewing the logs and evidence there is nothing to indicate it has been broken, As for the Metagaming there is no evidence that supports your claim.
