I was on a patrol with a STU. we were responding to a incident in Kavala. We arrived and there was no situation other than a man on the ground in the middle of the road. The STU. starts to drag the civ out of the road. As he is doing this the Civ (Pablo) decides to throw abuse at a man nearby. during some of this abuse Pablo uses some very unnecessary wording.
Straight after he said it, asked him to apologize for what he said, but he decided not to and decided to try and make excuses for what he had done. Once he said the line "medic Do your Job" I decided that he had no remorse for what he said. So rather than escalate the situation, I made my excuses and left.
As a medic, I cannot access OOC and was not going to hang around to // with him. I did however log in as civ and sent him a few in game messages. Asking him to come to TS and Apologise. However, his excuse is he does not use TS. I then asked to send me a PM on the forums and give him till the time of this post to show some remorse. He choose not to hence the posting of this report.
