I was selling some LSD, and then a hobo came to me and iniate on me, i wasnt gonna surrender because i wasnt scared, i only saw 1 guy, and then he told me ìf i try to run, he will knock me out and i said you are not gonna knock me out with my gun in my hands, he knock me out and run away, a other guy came and ziptied me, and took my stuff, its really poor roleplay from my side when he knock me out, Situation like this happend me before, and i have been told this is poor rp

Hello,

First off, I did not just run off like it's being portrayed in the 18 second long video. I came back to strip you off your gear where I also offered a bit more roleplay, to which you just yelled ''How can you knock me out when I have a gun drawn?!'' repeatedly

As I said when we discussed this in teamspeak, the reason why I took the chance to knock you out was because you did not point your weapon at me. I also saw you get out of the huron alone and that implied on you not having friends in the area, which I had.

And also as we discussed, if the admins find this as a case of poor/ low quality rp I'll happily give you the lost things back. I did not find any rules against this and it's not common sense to me. But when we discussed this with friendlyfireguy in TS he told me that it's not really poor rp but that it could've been better. I agree with him since I could indeed have offered better quality rp, but in this case I personally think my roleplay was good enough. 

Thanks for being friendly and understandable throughout all of our discussion and sorry for any inconvenience caused. The reason I told you to take it to the forums was so that I and possibly others could learn form this if I actually did wrong since I find this being a bit of a grey area in the rules. One paragraph of the rules refer to common sense but in this case I used my personal common sense and judged the situation as not being too much of a threat to my life.

You could have indeed given more Roleplay. I don't really see a threat to life so shooting is not to be done which did not happen. I have friends in the area is such a broad statement. He told you he was gonna knock you out if you would run away and you ran back into the church. He should have given you a bit more time comply but that's all.
You took it upon yourself to say you have friends in the area and he decided that he would knock you out and telling you so.
