P was robbing someone at the metal exports and we reported it to the police and a car of around 3 police turn up so me and my friend are going to try and help the police but we see a guy running up onto a building so we decided to go and I tell him to put his hands behind his head give him many warnings and he turns around and 180 me I believe that if someone it pointing a gun at ur head from behind and u turn around and shoot them surely your not valuing your life.

first of all you didn't try to resolve, second when you were behind me you told that if I turned around I would be shot, and that counts as a threat to my life, so I turned around and got the shot on you before you shot me

oh sorry I'm mistaken I replayed the recording, I am the one who told that you will be shot by surrounding friends, although its not the same still I initiated.
