First of all excuse the lack of video- my upload speed is bad and I don't feel like wasting any more power on these players, so I will be providing screenshots of the most esential part of the video.The incident took place in Kavala Square .The Two players mentioned were driving both vehicles running into other vehicles, running into their teammates and other players. None of them (the phoon gang) were communicating with me, they were speaking arabic or some other language, did not answer any of my questions. I think they are not taking this seriousely and deserve to be punished for a while.

I don't think it's worth it, as I said my upload speed is very bad, I will look into uploading from my phone when i'm somewhere with better internet but as for now nope
