I was attending a gas station robbery. I saw a scout or a sniper hiding the the bushes. I was approaching the location and got behind him. I said, "Hello friend, pop your hand up for me please". He spun around and shot me. There was no RP from his side nor did he try to initiate on me. he just got his gun and shot me.
