Please (in detail) describe the incident: Myself and George Wheeler were on turf dealing with a client when 2 people on bikes approached us and just stood and looked at us for a while and when I asked if they were okay they just drove off. A few seconds later they came back and asked us who owned dutch london. At this point i realised it could be vagos or someone associated with vagos as there had been previous beef with vagos over dutch london. I then questioned them being out of colours and then they asked me again who owns dutch london, in my opinion baiting me into saying something they knew would result in them shooting me. Of course I said Grove and they then shot me. I was obviously expecting some sort of aggression from them when I said that however there was other ways they could have went about the situation, for example putting me in zipties taking me somewhere interrogating me and executing me with high quality roleplay, holding me at gun point trying to force me to say it was Vagos who owned it literally anything other than going straight to shooting. In my opinion this was awful roleplay and could have been so much better so it could be enjoyable for both sides. I spoke to Owen in discord about the incident however he couldn't see how he had done anything wrong hence this report. I just feel like the roleplay provided could have been a lot better from them, it just seems like they said the bare minimum in order to be able to shoot and it not be classed as "RDM" in his opinion.

 Context: Vagos is currently claiming the tax rights to a section of Grove's turf. Before half of the gang got put on remand, Vagos were kidnapping, robbing and sometimes killing Grove members at every opportunity to get them to either accept that the section of turf now belonged to Vagos or to go to war over it. With a lot of Vagos now on remand this has become less frequent over the last 3 weeks, but we still claim that section of turf and try to remind them off that every few days. Vagos also fought a war with Grove over this section of turf around Christmas, while Vagos initially fully claimed the street roleplay events lead to the war ended with Vagos being able to sell there tax free.  
Baiting: We asked Siren a leading question, She could have tried answering it diplomatically or simply ignored the question and tried to defuse the situation by moving the conversation onto something else. Instead she answered the question in a way she knew would escalate the situation.  
 

RDM: Siren gave an answer she knew other members of her gang had been killed for giving the wrong answer, Kyle drew a gun and gave Siren a chance to change her answer by saying 'What you saying, you still own it yeah?'. Now Siren is under no obligation to change her answer, but during the rp and in the report she shows she knew full well what doubling down meant.  
 
Siren however wasn't really given the chance as George decided that now was the time to start a fight by trying to kick Kyle from his bike. As George rode off, Siren ran towards us.  
 
This ended up with us shooting both of them.  
 
 
Poor Roleplay: We get accused of this a lot, but as seen in this clip people don't want to talk to Vagos they keep choosing to move our interactions from RP to violence.

Hi @Readshaw95, Thank you for taking the time to reply and explain your side of things better, I believe during the discord call it wasnt really explained as well as this as to why you chose to deal with the situation the way you did. Just a couple of things to add to some of the points you made:

I answered the question as my character, you came to grove turf with the intentions of starting to shoot from the first place hence why you pulled up and asked a baity question which you knew how I would answer. Since the majority of Vagos have been remanded the few remaining Vagos have been on our turf multiple times over the past 2 weeks with little to no aggression shown, even coming to our street fight event that we hosted in which we left you alone and you didnt speak to us at all only sat there to watch the event/hangout.

The thing is I never doubled down here, I actually remained silent at this point valuing my life. I ran behind a tree for cover because at that point i seen the gun being drawn out and aimed towards me, it was at this point wheelar began to drive off and attempted to kick you off the bike as he saw you aiming a gun at his gang member.

As for this, the only reason Wheeler attempted to kick you off the bike is because you aimed a gun at his gang member, any other person would have done the same thing, it was not our intentions to escalate the situation to violence. I was hoping for some sort of conversation or roleplay scenario to come from it as i said above ^

@StuartNo sadly have no longer footage as Wheeler edited it down and is no longer able to recover the original 10 minute clip due to medal being medal lol

After reading this reply I am satisfied with Owens reasoning however in future I do hope that the roleplay can be better and more enjoyable for both sides as this is a roleplay server after all. You can go ahead and close this report. Thanks for your time

Thank you both for responding and providing a bit more context behind what happened. As mentioned the video is short regardless however with the gaps filled in by both of yous I'll mention something for this report. 

In relation to the "Leading question" Overall if this was the only question asked before deciding to get a gun out just so you can shoot @Readshaw95Then at best it's poor. Just saying a word before jumping into action shouldn't be the 'go-to' move. Whilst yes there was an attempt to kick yous from the person on the bike before you shot it might be wise to take this advice moving forward within your roleplay situations to make them enjoyable for all.
