Please (in detail) describe the incident: Me and two other officers initiated a pursuit on a motorcycle which Owen Nev was driving. The pursuit ended up on the highway and Owen then proceeds to hit the jump at high speeds, sending him onto the underneath highway where he carries on driving. I believe this is fail driving as the jump was very unrealistic and was a boring way of stopping any further RP/getting caught.

Now there is no ID seen in the video, but I called the driver of the bike to discord and it was Owen Nev, we failed to come to any agreement and his point was that because he is driving a motorcycle, he is allowed to hit jumps.

we spoke in discord so im suprised to see this report... but  the jump i was suposed to make was just to the next road but i slowed down too much to make the jump so there was no high speed jump also it isnt very realistic that your doing 180 turns knocking down lamposts and driving up onto the motoway the way u did in a car this is just a pathetic thing to report someone over and if u was to catch me this wouldnt be on the forums you say you tried to sort this out with me before the report but when i tried to expain myself u took the piss out of my mentality and left the call unfortunately i didnt take clips because i didnt see the need to i understand that falling as far as i did is unrealistic but mistakes happen and it wasnt intended but people make worse jumps than this all the time i feel like youve just reported me because i got away

I did not report you because you got away, I could have easily kept chasing you but you clearly didn’t want to RP. You keep saying the jump was a mistake because you were meant to go on the other highway - you shouldn’t be hitting the jumps regardless. 

In the liasion, you never mentioned my driving so i’m guessing you’ve watched the video which I have attached. The video I’ve used to report you is not my POV and so you have to account for d-sync when i’m hitting objects. 

Me driving up a curb onto a motorway is different to flying off of a motorway, bike or not. 

Furthermore, if I caught you - I still would have wanted to speak to you about your driving in liasion. 

I wouldn’t have reported you if you didn’t try and justify GTA driving. It’s not okay because you are in a bike in this circumstance - understandable if its offroading and you’re on a sanchez or something, but a road bike jumping off of a motorway?

At no point did I "Take the piss" out of your mentality, I simply stated that you clearly had a win mentality by ending the RP in that way. 

I enjoy pursuits regardless of win or loss. Unless its like this one where you can’t be bothered and just make silly jumps.

Good afternoon @NotLevi, thank you for making this report!

Now there's isn't a great deal to discuss on this report. It is clear by the footage which has been presented that the reported player has indeed breached rule G1.8.

@owennev, there are plenty of ways this roleplay scenario could have ended which would've been much more beneficial for both parties involved. 
No matter where you intended to land, you knew that the cop car wouldn't have followed you across that jump because it would've been ridiculous watching a cop car do that. 

Given the fact you have a clear record, I will be giving you the benefit of the doubt on this occasion but I do not want to see you back here for the same thing.
