Please (in detail) describe the incident

We were talking to these two guys asking about his gun and whether we could have it or buy it since he just called the police on my friend and got his confiscated. He then pulled a gun out and shot me with no initiation and said he felt threatened so he killed me. I had a gun on my back but we didn't initiate at all - just talking about what happened. We told them to come to TS but they kept coming up with excuses.
The screenshot is not long after he shot me.
