Please (in detail) describe the incident
I was tracking a tempest transport in the M900 on NPAS patrol, and I had another Police unit on the ground chasing him. Orsen joined the chase, and just as the chase was about to end, Orsen intentionally began to ram the tempest in his (blue? Can't tell) SUV. The server then crashed shortly afterwards.
I attempted to contact the player, however I could not find him after the crash. If he would like to talk to me, then he need only reply to this report.
