Please (in detail) describe the incident: After killing omizz from mara and staying with him until he respawns a couple of grove then head towards hospital as we knew a mara was in there, while doing this we got into a shootout with marabunta and in the shootout a couple went down from both sides, mara then picked 2 of us up taking us to dodgy doctor while we were at dodgy Omizz who had just respawned shows up along side terry who was fresh out of hospital and still in the hospital boxers in the clip I will show you even hear a mara member at (4;17) telling terry to leave as they know he is breaking a rule, leaving me to believe the NLR rule was broken by these 2, Kenzo on the other hand I was told after getting revived at the dodgy to drop my stuff then after that i was told to go towards the GP200 then told to get away from the GB200 me being confused mentioned this to the mara saying i dont know what they want me to do, at this point Kenzo walks up to me and just shoots me.

This one I can i agree i might have fucked up, was just making a ticket about it but I can respond here instead. I asked in OOC chat if the 15 minute rule still applied if i respawned and got no answer. So I waited 15 minutes anyways until i could get back into action. I was asked to pickup a member that had been downed at pillbox and as the 15 minutes had went by i decided to help out.

Then i get asked to go to the dodgy near docs and made my way there, people were busy aiming guns so I got asked to pickup the weapon. I just wanna say I did not know at the time that this was the same situation. Someone mentioned me in OOC asking why I was breaking NLR as I had respawned earlier, I don't remember my reply but as I saw that i decided to leave the situation just to be sure. (Ran over one of my guys when i was leaving so took him to pillbox.)

Looking at it, even though I didn't know if it was the same situation or not I should not have gotten involved even if asked. I understand it was my fault after looking back and im alright with receiving whatever punishment comes with it.

I'll keep this brief and to the point. You were very argumentative while on a hospital bed, as evidenced by the clip from the Paleto hospital. I had "in rp" developed a dislike for your character, and when we crossed paths at the shady doctor, I recognized you. I'm not sure what part of me is shooting you at random. I'll admit that I cut some of the roleplay because I was shooting you, but there was roleplay provided that you conveniently can't see in the clip. I wouldn't normally shoot someone like this, especially if they had just lost a gun and woke up from a defib, but you provided the aggravating roleplay before. As a result, I shot you as soon as you responded and spoke with an attitude. I also believe this could have been easily resolved over a discord, which leads me to believe this is a revenge report because you have lost guns and your gang is losing the war.

Short and sweet from me here and then I wont reply unless staff ask, Regardless if you have beef with me in game it was a different situation from the hospital one, so there was no reason for you to RDM me because your member told me to do 2 different things "go to the gb200 then go away from the gb200".

you cant just claim "revenge report" on u assuming I am salty over the video game.

I don't go to discord with you as you guys are just very argumentative OOC towards me so don't want to waste my time with a back and forward argument between us.

Hello Anonymous Lion

After looking at the logs, Omizz had died and bled out at 22:34, when you were shot at Dodgy Doctor in the provided clip, this was at 22:49 which is bang on the 15 minute mark. Now if we take away a minute from that for your roleplay to conclude, it would be 14 minutes. As far as I can tell, he hasn't re-entered the same situation in which caused him to be downed.

Due to this, I am failing to see the clause for NLR.

Moving onto the RDM claim, I also don't see this here. You are in a hostile environment with Marabunta members, they give you an order which was a bit of a mouthful as its clear he messed that up but then you proceeded to back chat him whilst he has a weapon, amongst the other Marabunta members you were then shot, this was not RDM.

This was a really petty report, please try to resolve stuff like this even when asked to do so.
