Please (in detail) describe the incident: Grove and mara had a shootout resulting in people from both sides going into hospital, while at hospital I saw Omizz a known marabunta member in the hospital bed, I spent my time in the bed and on doing so mara surrounded me we talked a bit of smack back and fourth then Omizz who had just got out a hospital bed and went to a clothing shop to put his clothes back on comes in and gets involved in the robbery on me, leading me to believe this is NLR.

Hey Anonymous Lion!!

So, to explain it shortly. I got out the hospital and put my clothes back on as provided in the video. I never got involved in the robbery, you could clearly see I sat down as I just got checked out. I was simply taking the piss when I went up and asked if i could have the Uzi because you sounded pissed about losing it. I had a gun on me during that time but I didn't use it due to me not wanting to break NLR. 



I did use my gun during the situation, but only because another grove broke NLR, I'll show it from my perspective. You claim you never got involved, you were up in my face screaming "I'll take that" referring to my gun, you can see it in my clip.

I would also like to state that common sense should come into play from you here also.

The claim of grove NLR is false as you initiated on him ill admit he NVLd in that clip yes but that is a different situation and nothing to do with me, and if you understand the NLR you would know that if initiated on you can act upon it, but lets not get into that as that's a completely different situation and not relevant in the slightest to this report, so id like to keep it focused on what I am reporting and not other things that are irrelevant to this.

You had multiple gang members there with guns that could have easily taken care of any issue for you, yet you chose to NLR and get involved.

Also 2 wrongs don't make a right one guy breaking a rule should not make you break one.

I would also like to add that in the clip that you provided, you pulled out a bat and started hitting people with it not even 2 minutes after you got up from the bed which is NLR as well as NVL as you just got up and were clearly outnumbered knowing you'd be put down.

(G4.5) When you have been revived: Due to your injuries, you must not enter any combat situation until at least 15 minutes have passed, unless an aggressor forces you into combat.

As for the attempt at u claiming NVL I had no guns pointed at me at the time and and if I did NVL I would have been banned at that time.

I was provoked by mara being the aggressor they had left a bat on the ground and I had no guns pointed at me I was facing the other way and had seen just before this that mara had ran and chanced someone leaving me to believe I can pick the bat up and kill the guy in front of me and escape with my life, as I know you guys were gonna kidnap me and most likely kill me from the guy asking multiple times for a ziptie as u can hear in the clip. we are at war with mara so in a situation I see a potential to escape from you I am going to attempt to as anyone would.

Also if you feel I broke a rule that again is not relevant to this report.

In the clip provided by both Anonymous Lion and yourself @OmizzIt shows you re-engaging back into a combat situation after you've been revived. You told everyone on your radio 'this one, this one' by doing this, that is you involving yourself in the situation which violates G4.5
