On a normal RTU patrol where I was taking a PCSO out for a ride we were called in by NPAS 62 flown by SPC Mark Watney that there was a red truck boxer fleeing from the Weed Processor, we chased him for quite a while until he crashed his vehicle and got into a red offroad with his friend. Eventually we caught up and rubbered them after telling them to stop or they'll be rubbered. One of the two men told us to unrestrain or we'll be shot and I got shot by a man named Harry with a Rook pistol after a warning or two. Might I add, the man screaming at the top of his lungs is very hard to understand so I didn't quite hear the warnings before I was shot. As I laid on the floor bleeding one of these guys who was in restrains did a funky dance and walked off into the sunset while in restrains.

I messaged them in-game since they weren't on the teamspeak to get them into the teamspeak to talk to them in the Police Rebel liaison room but all failed to come.

 Hi, Looking at the report i am unsure about all of this. I personally didn't use any glitch in the game (If any) and just randomly became un restrained (Must be a server glitch) I decided to run as i was scared as the amount of police. All i saw is that i got unrestrained and in the heat of the moment I ran. Also from the video you can see i am in a weird position due to the rubber bullets i had no idea what was wrong with my character as i haven't played in a long time and you can also see how i ran behind the red off-road shortly after i was restrained again and this glitch didn't happen the second time, this shows that i didn't do a glitch on purpose as i would of used the glitch to get out the restraints the second time. I also would of came into teamspeak but i didn't have any message from John woll or if i did i didn't realise as i was in the heat of the moment as this was the most tense situation ive been in, If i did see the message i would of 100% came and spoke to you to resolve it. I'm sorry for the problems this has caused.

I attempted to find you on the teamspeak and your friends but couldn't find them. Messaged your friends and you in the mobile out of character to get you and your friends to come to the teamspeak to have a chat about the situation we were just in in the Police Rebel liaison room, I even gave the server adress.

You got out of your handcuffs without anyone being near you or unrestraining you. Police presence was around us the entire time so from you getting into restrains to breaking out of them nothing changed.

It does happen that when a police officer who restrained you bleeds out the restrains dissapear. If this happends you're just supposed to stay on the exact same spot with your hands up waiting until you get restrained again.
