So long story short, Linx and Ellis was robbing someone's house when the owner who i later was informed was OG turned up. Linx managed to escape however Ellis got taken hostage, as we were following him for a good 5 minutes you can see at around 4:20 @Naylor is shot out of the bench by Vlad when there was no tracers given nor any initiations given on the heli.

I dont know if i can post on this however i was at the whole situation. A gang members house was broken into, i fly over in my gryphon and follow the huron (keeping eyes). Your friend who got taken hostage was abusing the fact that he was hotmicing and talking in direct chat whilst in a moving helicopter so james couldnt hear him. We then hear over teamspeak that the hummingbird initiates on james, we have no idea where they ahve got the info due to james not beig able to hear the hostage because he isnt using the corresponding chat. James when he initiated to get the hostage initiated for OG so when he gets reinitiated on. We know that Naylor was involved as they were following for 5-10 mins so vlad shoots him down

Finally to add why does someone say at 4:35 Report dont ask for comp, its clear that youre trying to get us banned without resolving due to 3 reports in the same day WITHOUT resolving

Ok, I understand from the video uploaded here that this looks like blatant RDM.

I would like to try to explain the line through all of the reports from "lil'jeep" towards OG Members in this situation.

#1 He have done two reports, 1 of them were his not even getting killed in (this report on me) together with the report on James, witch is the start of this report/situation.

Report on James:



He have not tried to resolve any of these situations with us, and in this report on me, he is not even the person getting shot.
I'm not going to jump to any conclusions, but this looks like a clear vengeance towards OG member's, with the goal of getting people removed rather than resolving.

#2 In this report I kill Naylor, and not the person reporting me.
If I would have been contacted by the reporter, he would know I had a brief chat with Naylor on TS, where I said "I was informed that you had shot at the chopper, so I took shots back"
Naylor then stated he didn't shoot.
I then said sorry if that's the case, and its miscommunication from our side, I will comp all my wrong doings, and I asked James who was the person they followed to upload his video to see if I was in right or wrong.

I did not hear anything else, so I logged off around 21 CET and see the report without any more contact from either the Reporter (lil'jeep) or Naylor who I had started talking to, and already informed that if I was wrong I will ofc comp all my wrongs.

Would also like to point out that Ellis keeps talking on the radio and hotmic it in Direct chat so James the Pilot of the chopper cant hear what he is saying. James did a // to inform that this is exploiting the fact that u hotmic in the wrong chat, but Ellis did not change to Vehicle chat.

Again, I feel this report is due to something else, since resolving was out of the picture.
Specialy when you hear at 4:25-4:45 "OG are breaking rules" "I'll report don't even ask for comp"

#3 So back to the start of the situation (need to watch video in report on James) James says that if the chopper take off he will open fire, something he does. According to the information we had this Is the same chopper that keeps following James, and the chopper I open fire upon.

Also in the video that's provided in the James report and the report on me, there is a lot of metagaming. They call out OG Gang members name and also in the report on me, when I take the shot, they magically knew it was OG.

Over to my side:
The action I took was due to the communication on TS, I was told to do a landing to make sure I could stop the chopper following James. James had a enemy gang member kidnapped and I was asked to help him remove the tail he had on him.
When I land my chopper I decamp to take the shot and go for the bench due to the information I was provided on TS. (see video when uploaded)

I know from my experience here that I should not taken the shot without being 100% sure that it was the correct action.
I have been playing here for almost 4 years with a few breaks here and there. I'm a very cautious player and try to make sure all rules are followed at all times, that can be seen by looking at my track record on this server.
I have 1 ban on my name, that was for being involved with some players that caused me and a lot others to do some actions I'm not proud of today.

After my return from that ban I have always followed the rules, I have been reported once or twice as I can recall in my 4 years here and as far as I'm aware I have no warnings on my name either.

I love some good RP, I have had several amazing RP sessions with a huge amount of players on this community, and I feel that I'm a very approachable person. If people have problems with me or my gang I'm always open to talk, I'm one of the first to admit my mistakes or to make my gang understand the importance of the community and adapting to what's expected from us.

So to round up, I understand that I was in the wrong to take the shot, but from my video, it can be explained with miscommunication, that can happen to all. (don't make it better, but its a honest mistake). Initiation was made by James when the situation started, and Bosh kept following with a Jet, so we had eyes, even if there is a long time between gunshots.
I understand that I should not shoot without being 100% sure, and I really regret trusting a member to take the shot without knowing myself that it was OK to do so. And the only thing I can do is as I did, say sorry to the player involved that is Naylor, and again offer to comp.

I will also never trust anyone that asks me to open fire again without knowing that its 100% OK.

I'm confused, so because James initiated on Linx and Ellis that allows you to shoot at Naylor, sure he had a gun out but it was hardly an active gunfight? also even if you heard over Teamspeak that the hummingbird initiated on James , did he hear this initiation in the game? from what Im reading here a bunch of assumptions was made throughout this situation leading to the RDM on Naylor and as the 2.2 rule states, shots AT me.

Unfortunately, it wasn't the same heli that James initiates on, me and Naylor only joined the chase quite a bit after it started.

As to the accusing of this being a revenge report, in revenge for what? when I was discussing this report it was mentioned that other gang members had been subject to rulebreakers from OG earlier that same day however from what i can gather it was resolved. I also checked with Naylor before putting up this report.

I’ll just say this one last thing you guys initiated on my in atheist telling me you’d shoot me down and since then you’d been flying after me while I was chasing the Huron so if you really want to play the we didn’t initiate card why were u chasing me with someone on the bench waving his gun around. I take full responsibility for vlad shooting you out he was only doing as I instructed him and if you feel this was wrong I can only extend my apologies and offer compensation for my mistake as I thought I’d heard you shooting at me I hope you can accept this apology as I’ve been here a while and it was not my intention to do wrong by you.

 
Seeing that @Naylor was the one that was RDMed in the video. Can @Naylor comment just to confirm about the chat on TS that vlad talks about?

Also Can other members of the community that were not directly involved in the situation and proving no evidence refrain from replying.

 
Hiya. 

The conversation with me and Vlad was pretty much civil all throughout and I think if we're all honest, Vlad also wasn't sure if he should of shot me down. Now Vlad did say that he would provide me with comp (I didn't receive any) if he was in the wrong to shoot me and he said something about looking at a video from their side but I didn't see nor hear anything about this other video after time had passed. Vlad was saying to me about them receiving multiple shots at their helicopter... I did ask everyone in the channel that was involved in the situation if anyone engaged upon the helicopter after the initiation was made and all I got was a no from everyone. I actually explained to Vlad that we did indeed lose eyes on the Hummingbird for a short period of time and I told him that I believe if we engaged after losing eyes, it would of been poor from our end anyway.

Overall, I could not see why I was killed during the pursuit. 

(Also, just a side note: I only said that it was OG that had Ellis hostage because that's what I was told by Linx (This can be heard on the report against James). I only used the info that I was relayed with. So therefore I metagamed nobodies gang name. If you want to get technical about metagaming, why is it that someone says ''Hahahaha!! It's Naylor!'' right after you kill me?)

Naylor sums up the chat pretty well.

Just want to add that the only reason I didn't transfer money to Naylor was due to the fact that he never said he accepted the comp.
The conversation kinda stopped when I was waiting to see my gang members POV. And then I had to leave before that got uploaded.

My plan was to contact Naylor the day after to continue talking, due to the fact that I was waiting for evidence from my gang. But right before I hit the bed I see that I was reported, and then I had to deal with it here on the forums instead. 

So the only info I had about the situation was the TS chat with Naylor and the info from my gang members witch are usually pretty accurate.
(keep in mind that non had provided me with their POV before this report, so it was word against word).

In this case I see from their POV that I was in wrong to take the shot, something I have admitted to Naylor on TS and in my previous statement in this report.

Just to clarify, I still would like to resolve this / comp my wrong doings.

I've been here for a long time, and its clear to see that it was done a huge mistake from my side due to miscommunication, and I'm sorry for this

 
So @Naylor after your conversation with vlad. Will you be happy to accept comp and have this report closed?
Looking at Vlads record he has never been banned nor had any warning in the past logged onto battlemetrics.
