So we arrived at the scene, and we saw a officer on the floor and started talking to him. Next minute a taru lands and Simen jumps out to say "You guys better fuck off, or orignal gangsters is gonna shoot you""we are in a gunfight with unmc and police".And then he gets in his taru to fly off, his mate gets out of his ifrit and screams its an active gunfight. We later moved up to the Hemt and me and my friends got Shooot

I think my initiation explains the scenario pretty damn well (even tho the video is barely a minute long) We were in a gunfight with AR(Police) and UNMC, I was not having any undercover unit or rebels try to steal that gold truck we were trying to take. I gave you a clear warning, you guys started laughing at it, hell you even repeated what I said so  you clearly knew what I threatened you with. Then Vlad jumps out of his ifrit gives you a warning, and you get shot. Now fair enough, you didnt get much time between Vlads warning and the shots, however, it didnt seem like you were planning to move since you were laughing about what I said.

Id like to point out a few things,
1. You already knew there was a gunfight here.
2. The Video is a minute long, sure I didnt say anything before hand but extending it would make it clearer for the staff that deals it with.

As the report is on me and me only (due to I was the one "initiating" and telling Blezard to shoot), I`d like to point out that I did not get a single msg at all anywhere, not on steam where I have you both (Wicker and Papa) or on teamspeak, and I didnt see anything put in OOC afterwards (Althought you might have as I was rather occupied spotting stealthy unmc/ar) 
I know you dont have to resolve before reporting, but atleast be honest and say you didnt.

Sure, I could have said more, sure there could have been a longer time before the shots happened (this will change), but as I had 7.62mm guns trying to shoot me out of the Taru (almost succesfully a few times) I couldnt stay around to roleplay with you guys for too long without risking my life. The most important thing was said: Gunfight, 3 factions, will be deemed involved.

This seems like a cry for attention to me. You were warned that they were gonna shoot unarmed civilians which you were aware off still you decided to stand around waiting for them to do something and they did. In my opinion you had plenty off time to move along but you chose not to. For they guy surrendering with his hands above his head (I was told that the people that were shooting at you were far away so it might have been poor timing) but if you don't want to get shot you should have moved away like they told you to begin with A dead officer is a pretty good indication.
