RiCH was downed so kanne and scaj were going to give him blood and take him to the hospital, in the meantime I was at the airport minding my own business when I hear that there was something happening on RiCH's body I then take off to go to the situation, as I am flying over the situation OG Reiss decides to just light me up with no tracers given. when I finally went down and died I put in OOC "OG could you come to narcos lobby" hoping that one of them would come as I had seen in the chat previous OG zip tied Scaj. No one turned up to our lobby, the reason I think that no one came to our lobby or reply to me in game was that it just said "Linx was killed" and they think that we didnt know who it was that shot me down without tracers.

Okay as i was in the in the situation. When you hear @OG Reiss saying send that heli an ATC. Who was that flying that heli may i ask? @Linx

And can we try to resolve again as i don't really wanna be here texting a lot when we can just speak about it.

I tracered a wasp hummingbird at the start of the scenario and it flew off, i didn't keep eyes on the helicopter and just assumed it was the same heli so i take full responsibility for my actions, in my video below you can see me issuing tracers to a helicopter with the wasp skin so i just assumed it was the same one and this obviously isn't the case

I didn't see your message in-game because i was role playing with SCAJ afterwards so apologies for that

All in all i believe this was a general mistake on my behalf and i'm willing to compensate if the  other party accepts that If not then i will take any punishment that's given to me

I would liked you contacted me on TS before taking this to a report as i don't really pay attention to the chat when in a situation,  just seems you was slightly angry on how the situation turned out and just wanted to report, any who i am  glad my Playstv was working for a change and you can clearly see me reloading tracers and issuing warning shots

Firstly let's start off by saying that I was not at all angry in that situation I was just a bit confused as to why I was being shot at without any tracers, I imagine that there was at least 10 OG on the server at that time so 1 of you would have seen the chat I just can't see how you wouldn't have done. Bit strange how you didn't see what i said in the chat but you have a recording of shooting me down probably as evidence that you got "confused" between the helis now let's move onto the next part. Secondly cut the bull shit and the lies mate you knew for a fine FACT that it was a different heli, in your video you can see that your orca has a hex on it bit strange that when looking at another point of view of that situation you can see that same orca follow the wasp heli all the way to rebel so you "lost eyes" hmm i think not, at the end of the video im goiong to link now that orca is still following that wasp MH-9 as you can see in the chat "Linx was killed".

Not going to argue with you either ive said my piece and id atleast think if you WANTED to resolve you would of contacted me on ts not asking me to come to ts once and then reporting but each to their own right? 

Also if aany staff would like to see my POV from when i issued the tracers to when i shot the heli down then i will upload it

I mean I asked OG to come to the narcos lobby because i didn't know who it was that shot which was my attempt at resolving the situation, neither one of you came to the lobby or typed in OOC. I feel as though this was an attempt at avoiding what you had done as it didn't say who I was killed by in the feed. Either way, I am not going to reply anymore unless I am told to by staff.

From my POV you can clearly see i am in my own little world finding little things to keep myself amused while wiisy talks to the hostage, I even attempt to shed some humour on the matter when i  do some interesting poses, I legit wasn't paying attention to coms and as soon as i saw the wasp hummingbird enter the area again literally a minute or so  then i just assumed it was the same helicopter

I still acknowledge i am in the wrong for shooting the helicopter and making an assumption but am sure you can see this was a honest mistake on my behalf

When looking at all the videos this does look like an honest mistake.  I can see why he was not paying attention to what was going on in the sky when the only RP that was going on for him was someone on the floor saying "Scumbag" every so often.

It is good to see that Riess was willing to compensate for the lose of gear. This is a good sign of someone who is taking ownership of what they have done wrong.  This report could have been dealt with if you had all gone to liaison. If you had done slightly more than send one OOC message this could have been avoided.
