Please (in detail) describe the incident

Landed helicopter at Kavala drug dealer. OG Reiss stood next to the pilot seat and waited for me to unlock the heli. When I unlocked the heli OG Reiss Jumped in the pilot seat before I could lock the doors. The roleplay beyond this point can be considered 'Quality Roleplay'. OG Reiss then proceeded to ask for keys to my Orca and threatened my life. I tried to contact OG Reiss on teamspeak with no reply. I also spoke to an admin in the help channel about what happened and he told me to upload a video and try to talk to OG Reiss. I have now uploaded the video of the incident and the poor rp (jumping in before I can lock and without saying anything).

I honestly don't see a problem with what i did, Just make sure you lock your heli when im around because im a dirty THIEF!

I've reviewed the evidence and see no signs of any rules being broken.

You've landed your orca, you're sat in the co-pilot seat. Reiss jumps into the pilots seat and takes control effectively taking you hostage and stealing your vehicle. There is nothing in the rules that says he can't do that, he didn't use any underhand or exploitative tactics to do this, you simply made the mistake of leaving your helicopter unlocked. Reiss then roleplays with you and informs you of what's going to happen and it goes from there.

The rules relating to low quality or poor roleplay tend to relate to gunfights and murders e.g:

(7.1.3) Killing someone must be carried out with high quality roleplay, “put your hands up or I will shoot” etc is considered low quality RP and may lead to a ban for RDM/Fail RP. Executing another player must also be carried out with high quality roleplay, the only exception to this rule is if both you and the victim are engaged in a gunfight together.

This rule certainly wasn't broken here.
